The staff were kind and welcoming. I appreciated having a mini fridge. It's very centrally located, close to the gothic cathedral. I appreciated the noon check out time and that the staff were willing to keep my bag for a few hours after check out. My room was on the second floor, facing a side street, and it was very, very loud. I sleep with earplugs and a white noise machine, but it was still really loud. You hear people dining out in the numerous bars and restaurants all evening and night long, then in the AM, there are people from the surrounding hotels dragging their luggage across the cobblestones below your window. I barely slept at all, which is the main reason to have a hotel room. There are many options for lighting, but none of them provide soft evening light. There is a long, low panel hung above where your head goes on the bed, that provides light. I felt uncomfortable sleeping under it. Though I am sure it is secure, it feels like it could fall, and it feels odd to have something hung right above your head while you sleep. Also, there was a rooftop terrace advertised as part of my stay. That is only open to guests on the top floor. That was a disappointment to find out at check in as the booking.com listing said otherwise.

Breakfast was extremely minimal - do not recommend to book with breakfast

We were greeted in such a friendly welcoming way when we checked into the U-sense Seville Centro. The room was clean and with a comfortable bed! Great balcony windows that open to the street to give you sounds of the town. The location was amazing. We were almost on top of the major sights we were there to see. Within a sort walk of some of the other activities we planned. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and there if we needed anything. We would stay again. It was a little challenging to find as cabs cannot drive you directly to it and on the last day of our stay there were some lift issues. There was no problem, however, if you had fewer bags than we had because the stairs are easily accessible.

I'll start of that the location is very, very good. It was the main reason we booked this hotel and we really enjoyed it. It was clean, the staff was very friendly. We also bought breakfast, which was really good and would recommend it. Especially if you are planning to go walking all day, it's good to have an easy breakfast before going out. We were on the first floor, and didn't have a good view, but I would say the breakfast and staff made up for it. I would recommend this hotel.

Ambience. Closeness to river and tours and Cathedral. Bathroom is modern with good shower and bidet. Impossible to find and drive remotely close to hotel. Had to park in a public lot blocks away and schlep our 50 lb bags through narrow people-filled maze of cobblestone streets for 2.5 hours. The male receptionist stayed on phone with us a few times helping. When we got close, he actually met us at a main corner and took our bags, leading us to U-Sense Centro. Kudos to him for being patient, kind and helpful. Only 1 thin sheet on the beds. No blanket or bedspread. Limited breakfast of yogurt, cheeses, meats, cereal and make your own coffee with pods. NOTE: Mgt needs to explain better in their listing that the streets around hotel are NOT NAVIGABLE by car and provide a map with specific info about these parking issues and inaccessibility by car.

All was perfect

Great location, really nice and friendly staff. AC functions very well. A big bonus is the free and modern pod espresso machine in the lobby -- it made the trip so convenient. No need to stop at a coffee shop before heading out for tours, and no worries about the cleanliness of in-room coffee makers.

The breakfast was not as I expected, I would recommend having it outside

the bed was a little small. But I was traveling alone so it was not a problem.

Great location. Helpful staff. An old hotel but appropriately modernized. Comfortable room, which had English news channels on TV! It was nice to catch up on some news after traveling for 10 days. Great value.

Everyone was so friendly and nice and I really appreciated the gestures and them being super super easy to talk to. Everyone was really helpful and kind.

AC for our room was a little broken

It’s right middle of Seville and parking is issue. You should find parking if you have car.
