Amazing location, luggage storage, friendly and responsive communication, there was even a bottle of champagne for us!!

It says it includes toiletteries (soap, shampoo, etc) There was only one liquid soap dispenser in the shower, and it was not good at all. It smells like dishsoap, too harsh for "all type of skins," definitely not shampoo grade.

Everything. Location, view of the Metropol from my window. Even though on a busy street the walls are double insulated so there is no noise. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower and daily cleaning service. I ordered a bottle of Cava which was chilled in my refrigerator with chocolates since I arrived very late. Wii fii and air conditioner works great. Very timely on communication and helpful even late in the evening looking for parking. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Nothing

Wish we had a view of the street and the "mushroom". We thought our room would face the mushroom like the website pictures but we understand not all rooms would be on that side of the building.

Great location, shower facilities were excellent and staff were attentive to daily cleaning requirements. Easy check in and keyless access was great. Room was sold as penthouse with private pool however no pool whatsoever and no prior explanation that this had been removed so feel cheated. Hotel claim pool was awaiting maintenance but it’s physically not there so leads me to question intentions of missselling.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing. You wake up to the amazing landmark in Seville from this hotel. WiFi is good and the room has a mini kitchen, fridge and excellent bathroom as well. There is no reception however it was smooth communication via WhatsApp with the people running the hotel. This hotel actually delivers value for money. Given the location of this hotel, it’s very noisy outside and sometimes hard to get good sleep.

Location was amazing. Communication was excellent with the host via whatsapp. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A bottle of champagne was waiting as a welcome present ( we did not use it but still the effort was kind ). When we arrived it was not clean but after reporting the problem a cleaning lady was immediately sent to the location. We were really looking forward to the jacuzzi but there was none ( end of November ) so that was disappointing.

despite the fact that it was an automatic, the accommodation was excellent, the staff was in contact with me throughout, they booked theatre tickets at my request, they booked theatre tickets, your restaurant was booked, I am extremely satisfied with the place and can only recommend it. it wasn't like that

It was very central and the staff were very helpful but our stay was ruined by a cockroach infestation - they were everywhere. Cockroaches everywhere, which wasn't taken seriously at first. On our second night (having already asked that the space be treated with insecticide, a request that was ignored) cockroaches fell on us in the shower. The hotel initially said they couldn't do anything other than insect spray but eventually moved us to another hotel at home midnight. They insisted we returned the following night, though. They had clearly treated the hotel by then and given us a different room but we were still too worried to sleep after the previous nights. Other travellers have clearly had the same issue. We are struggling to obtain redress through Booking.com after what was basically a ruined holiday when we really needed some rest.
