I was overcharged by the hotel during my stay, despite not making any additional purchases, and was given no explanation for the extra charge. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant the whole stay. I stayed for five days and regretted choosing this hotel throughout my stay. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, primarily due to the terrible customer service and highly suspicious billing practices. Unhelpful & Unfriendly Staff: The staff were incredibly unfriendly and completely dismissive. They did not speak a word of English, which can happen, but they made absolutely zero effort to help me or explain the situation even when I tried communicating with a translation app. Suspicious Payment Issues: I was originally charged an amount completely different from my confirmed Booking.com reservation. For some unexplained reason, the staff refunded that original charge and demanded I repay them using AliPay instead. Unacceptable Disturbances: To make matters worse, a staff member actually woke me up during my second night just to force this AliPay transaction. Handling a billing discrepancy by waking a sleeping guest is completely unacceptable and entirely unprofessional. Between the shady payment demands, the lack of communication, and the utter disregard for basic hospitality, I highly recommend avoiding this property.
