Location was great, easy to get to and nice area
-
Great breakfast and good gym. The room is very comfortable and good size.
-
The location was peaceful while being central. Our room was on the higher floor. The bed was very comfortable, the shower and bed were great. We enjoyed having a coffee in the room before partaking into the wonderful breakfast.

This hotel offers an excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport options.

Big rooms , clean , comfortable sleep. The hotel is next to tai Koo li mall which has plenty of eating options . We liked the location . There is big gym and indoor pool. Lobby was a bit dark

Everything : locations , facilities , food and the employees are very kind. 3 points : 1.front desk do not speak English well . There was only 2 persons that I could understand . 2. There is a connection directly to the mall that leads you to 3 subway lines and nobody told me . I discovered it by myself reading another client review. 3. Asked where could I exchange money .No one knew it !!! The mall concierge was the one that helped me : there is a Bank of Chine brand on the business building on the mall . Very convenient and easy but hotel employees do not know it.

Large room, central location
-
There is no soap barin the room, Bathtub is slippery. need some kind of film stick to the bottom of the tub.
-
We especially enjoyed the location just opposite of a brand new luxury shopping mall with a great choice of restaurants and top brands, including the Louis Vuitton exhibition (cruise ship). It is also within walking distance to many tourist hot spots and interesting neighborhoods. Great recommendation to explore the city. Nothing

no english speaking staff

Nice, large and perfectly clean room. Free non-alcoholic drinks from the fridge in the room, that gets refilled daily, plus two bottles of water. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is also great, as it is close to a metro station with multiple lines, including line 2, which connects directly to two airports (including Pudong International Airport) and the high-speed railway station. It is also located next to a large mall with many shops and restaurants, and great cafes and bubble tea stores. Basically nothing. To nitpick: The king-size bed has only one large blanket and the pillows were not great for me (this is subjective, my wife did not have a problem with the pillows).

If I had to complain about one thing -- the lobby felt overly fragranced/perfumed for my taste.

Everything. Spotless clean, great breakfast, attention to details, nice and helpful stuff.

The property is centrally located near West Nanjing road. It is walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing, with huge beds, shower rooms and nice essentials like slippers and toiletries. The hotel also offers rush and same-day dry clean! The staff cleans your rooms once or twice a day. I will come back the next time I’m here!

An exceptional hotel, friendly, attentive staff and an unbeatable location. Absolutely loved my time here. The experience has been one of the best in China. Wifi was horrible. Limited access to US websites. Why so bad. I am upset because it would not let me know, and would have to go back and forth with my phone.

Good location, kind staff, milk for coffee was in the room: brilliant! Strong perfume odor from incense sticks in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window to clear out the odor. Also, aircon could never bring the room temperature under 25.

10/10 – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City Absolutely blown away by this beautiful hotel. Stunning architecture, elegant rooms, peaceful pool, and top-notch service. The location is perfect—quiet yet connected directly to a mall. In 30 years of visiting China, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Only two exist in Asia; this one is truly special. Highly recommended!

Communication issues with front desk and approach does not fit to a five star… Most staff is really nice even they have little English. There is not enough space for sitting in the lobby as you may nee to wait quarter a bit for front office or for a ride to arrive…
