Very nice hotel near FFC with modern design and good facilities in the room. The staff is excellent. All of them are ready to help you in any questions: from ordering taxi to uploading needing apps and booking fine dining restaurants.

Well the service and people are so friendly and helpful. I was on a businees trip with a tight schedule and Nifty from the from desk went out of her way to go buy me Channel perfume for my wife. She even paid for it and i refunded her, WOW who even does that these days !!!! Nothing

The staff, the people and especially the hotel GM, Denis Krupp provided exceptional hospitality. Moreover, the Christmas decorations were truly spectacular.

The central location, beautiful facilities and massive swimming pool. The SPA is a must-try. Its quite experience but worth every cent. Hui Xu (Zihui) was excellent and made me feeling back home. She was very patient and detailed about my stay. I had a great time because of her professionalism. Fantastic range of New Zealand wine. Not at all.

Staff are helpful at all times and the location is excellent. Overall ambiance is great. I was upgraded to a bigger room with lots of windows which was great however the windows are not properly screened/glazed from the outside therefore lacking in privacy and having to shut the blinds down defeat the purpose of having windows and keeping the natural lights out
