Car service to airport was terrible. I had a difficult time finding a ride to the airport. Ended up getting into a dirty smelly cab! Transportation was not good.

On the first night, construction work began around midnight. When I contacted the hotel staff, I was told that they had no prior knowledge of it and that nothing could be done. I find this response unacceptable. The construction noise continued until at least 4:00 a.m.

Common areas Spa is not good (no sauna) The hotel is recycled from previous hotel and ceilings are very low, feels narrow Communication with staff is not smooth Massive construction work down my room operating at night, didn’t sleep well because of this

The location is convient, the room is comfortable. There weren't enough staff, very bad service.

The design is gorgeous, atmosphere and lighting super nice, staff were extra friendly and helpful, and the price value was excellent especially compared to other options available in Shanghai. Maybe it was just because of the recent opening and prices are lower for now, but I definitely was surprised by the value for money considering the kind of standard this hotel provided.

You should be embarrassed to be charging so much for food. Absolutely unsupported by any measure. Common bathrooms filthy with no toilet paper in any stall reported by a female colleague at morning checkout.
