The room was confortable enough and walking distance close to many turistic spots like the bund and the yuan gardens. Air conditionar was satisfying as it was very warm when I was there. Staff made a big effort to comunicate with us, making use of translation devices which helped a lot. There was constantly this smell of sewage coming and going. This was very anoying. The water on the shower wasn't hot enough and there was nobody to help us carying our heavy luggage.

The location is good We booked 2 rooms last minute . 1 was super small and the other was a bit bigger but super bad smell - i was ventilating as much as I could and not even like this after 3 days -. Both no natural light. Windows were painted. They don’t speak English and they use translator device for everything. Its cheap, but I would not go back. Not like the pictures

We booked 2 room and the hotel check in time is at 2pm however we got only 1 room at 14.40 and have to wait for another room for another hour which they say they gonna notice us when the room is ready but no one come in the end The staff here cant communicate in english they have a translator device but some of them dont use it One of our room dont have any window

Great location. Right next to a metro station. Very close to tourist locations such as The North Bund, Yu Garden and and a few minutes away from shopping areas. The room layout has the potential to be optimized. The queen room we stayed in had the bed cramped with a big seating area that doesn't have any use. Wish the sink area was actually inside the bathroom rather than outside, but that's personal preference. The breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety. The buffet area is also cramped and tiny, it's a busy hotel so sometimes all tables will be fully occupied, meaning you'll have to share tables which not everyone would like to do. The laundry could be expanded to have more washers and dryers, there's quite a lot of rooms in the hotel so doing your laundry would be a hassle, but on the bright side, it's free with laundry detergent provided.

The hotel was nice we did not like the breakfast and one employee who was really horrible made use get cash and pay in advance before getting our room. Other than that the other staff were so nice really treated us special I think to make up for their colleague. We will stay again and recommend this hotel

The breakfast is mainly Chinese. It was tasty enough. There are noodle soup, spring rolls, dumplings, eggs, various Chinese food on offer. Also croissants and coffee.

The beds are super comfy! The room is quite small but it's very clean. Room is a simple. but modern design and great value for money. Location is very central. I would liken it to nice Travelodge style of hotel, cheap and cheerful.

Staff was rude and indifferent. Occasionally hostile toward foreigners. I can speak Chinese, and I overheard the staff making derogatory comments about the foreign guests.
