This hotel is quite new, so everything is nice. Is quite big sometimes your elevator will be quite far from your room. Food is ok. Location excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crystal Hotel! We only stayed one night but highly recommend it! Location: Awesome. So close to the river and the Old street. Lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Room: So great! Modern and upscale. Coffee and tea provided as well as drinks in the fridge. Amazing shower and hairdryer! Bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets. The blackout blinds worked really great! Breakfast: We got the package with breakfast included and it was good. we went towards the end so wasn't crazy busy as mentioned in other reviews. There was only one coffee machine so would be nice to have more than one for that amount of people. As mentioned the staff didn't speak any english but they used their phone to translate and we managed to communicate. But really nothing was bad. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

Everything is 5-stars, super clean, great service, amazing location, modern rooms, free breakfast. Will come again. Maybe the smell of laundry cleaning and smoking.

Location The staff was rude to us several times. Breakfast was chaos, not enough tables for the number of people having breakfast, there was only one coffee machine which kept breaking and on the last day there was no coffee as the machine was not fixed. Other residents were smoking in the corridors of the hotel, even though it was a non-smoking hotel. The staff mocked us when we told them people were smoking in the hotel. There was a serious leak on our floor, reparations included a bucket in the middle of the corridor.
