The front desk stuff is super helpful. We only stayed one night as we have a long layover at Shanghai. We have to leave the hotel at 6 am the next day, well ahead of their breakfast time. The front desk stuff went out of his way to prepare takeout breakfast for us. Greatly appreciated!

I have to give a big shout-out to this hotel near Shanghai Disney! The location is super convenient – just a short drive to the park and airport, yet quiet enough for a good rest. Compared to other places nearby, the price is very reasonable, and the stylish design really stands out – every corner looks great and the whole place is spotlessly clean. But the best part? The lovely ladies at breakfast – they treated us like family, saving food for us when we slept in, packing snacks for the park, and reminding us to bring an umbrella. Their warmth made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Not much around and getting to the train isnt easy.

I waited over 3 weeks before writing this review, hoping the hotel would follow up on a refund that was promised at check-out. Unfortunately, they have ignored both my messages and those from Booking.com. This experience resulted in a clear lack of trust, and I am not sure why this property is still listed on the platform. I would recommend caution when booking.

Ms Lu working on serving breakfast is extremely friendly and helpful. All staff members in the breakfast kitchen are so nice. Just for them, I will come back again. Thanks all for your services.

The nice room and the beautiful deck

Great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. Beautiful and spacious room. Great breakfast and selection Friendly and helpful staff The toilet was stuck. But I stayed for just one night so I didn’t want to complain and change to another room. I waited for over an hour for the pickup. The pickup communication wasn’t very clear.

The staff was friendly . The shuttle was efficient . The room was an oasis . The shower was so nice . Lots of eating options surrounding the hotel .

I had buzzed around many countries in Asia and I actually liked this stay the most! I wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely go back! I had the "cave" room. It was a fabulous theme room. I was a solo traveler and the room was HUGE, very clean, so cute, and the bed was the most comfortable. I liked everything about it. I hate to give surprises away. It was luxurious and the perfect end to my vacay! ☆☆☆☆☆ I did not like that I could not stay longer. The toilet did not seem to have a lot of flushing power.

Close to airport with good shuttle service. Breakfast not very fit my expectations but was ok.

Location near airport Noise. The hotel locates above arcade’s children playground so we cannot sleep because of the noise. And Staff refused to change the room for us.

Beautiful hotel with elegant, spacious rooms and a unique design. Breakfast is excellent and abundant. Downsides: the location is not ideal, and none of the staff speak English. Despite the included airport transfer, nobody met us on arrival, and communication by phone was very difficult.
