The room was really great. Much bigger than we expected and lots of nice touches like the toiletries and fluffy toys for kids to play with. Nothing.

Very cool Hotel. Lovely staff. The best Japanese restaurant next door. A bit off the beaten path but I would stay there again if I had more time

Large clean room, very equipped with things you need for the night. Staff are friendly. Shuttle bus takes 20-30 mins to the airport. Acoustic not great, I can hear people in the corridor and water running from other rooms. Internet not great, unable to use WhatsApp, Line ..etc.

The room is clean, looks new, comfortable Well… they pretend they provide a shuttle to the Pudong airport… which is not really true. Actually like they say it depends on the arrival at the hotel, meaning no arrival no departure. Therefore they cannot make you sure you will have a shuttle… Such a pity because of the location of the hotel, close to the airport, they should provide a shuttle… So if you want to commute to the airport I would suggest to book to another hotel, there are few ones in the surrounding and referenced in booking.com which can provide this service on time (24h/24h) and for free. For this I would not recommend Lin Yin Art hotel. Communication with the staff of the reception was very unpleasant.

It was great room, close to the airport but no real walking that was nice The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and the staff were very kind The breakfast coffee was ordinary. The shuttle bus that was advertise stopped at 2pm in the afternoon which wasn't "24 hour" as mentioned.

Staff didn’t speak much English but insisted on making me understand her on the phone instead of hanging up. My room was smelling cigarette smoke.

Very modern and nice looking rooms at a cheap price. Stuffed animals for the kids in the family room was a nice touch. Location is a 10 minute drive from Pudong airport and very convenient if you have an early flight. It was indicated that cots are available and can be requested but the hotel does not have any. We would probably have chosen another hotel had we known. Tatami style beds in the family room are too hard and not very comfortable. Fridge in room did not work. Breakfast is available at a low extra cost but is quite poor.
