However, I did not like the room décor. The furniture was dark brown, and the color scheme did not make me feel comfortable. I also did not like the smell in the lobby, as it was filled with food odors coming from the restaurant and the café located there.

At one time, the cleaning staff took my food that I left on the table. It was still inside the take away container from restaurant. I was saving it for later

Premium property located steps from bars, shops and restaurants. Great, walkable area for Shanghai. The tuna sushi tacos served at the bar are a masterpiece! Really good breakfast buffet. Amazing staff. Nothing.

I like the location. It is in a nice area in Shanghai. Close to lots of nice restaurants and shops. We checked in at 5 pm and were told that one of our rooms were not ready. This is not acceptable because check in time was 3 pm. They said that the previous guests were still in the room. I would never think that this was an Andaz hospitality.

Great gym and pool(did not use pool) and incredible selection at breakfast. Great location in xintiandi as well Might be because we didn’t know how to set the ac properly and it was between seasons but room was very humid. Breakfast was expensive but worth the splurge for a special occasion

Very good location and the stuff, trying to help, comfortable bed, very beautiful bathroom, happy hours with snacks and beverages. Musty smell in the room, after you take a shower, no ventilation in the bathroom, dirty windows, which spoiled the city view.

i like the location, right at the center of central CBD Easy access and lots of places to visit, dine and extremely safe area I thought overall facilities including room is a bit older than I expected. For the price and location Andaz as a 5 star hotel, i had more expectation than what i have experienced. I would not revisit this property next time.
