Some of the staff are rude !! The hotel includes one breakfast and if you want to bay other it’s expensive !! Please check the politics about the breakfast

It’s central location, well connected to the metro for both airports. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are amazing (especially YoYo and Shirley who took good care of us everyday for breakfast service)

The shampoo and conditioner, along with the room’s décor, reflected a traditional Shanghai style, which added a unique touch to the experience. The dim sum served at the breakfast buffet was exceptional, especially the wonton noodles. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The breakfast buffet can get quite busy in the morning. Guests often have to wait a long time for the coffee machines to prepare even a small cup of coffee. The hotel may wish to consider providing larger pots of house coffee during peak hours so that guests can enjoy their coffee without unnecessary delays.

I chose this hotel for the location and the price. The location was superb -- next to a subway (3 different train lines, including direct lines to both airports), and next door to one of the most famous temples in the city. Jing'an takes up a whole city block; it's beautiful at night, and behind it are shopping carts and some great restaurants. Speaking of food, I tried ordering the room service breakfast once and it was superb. Not cheap, but a big tray of good food and very good coffee! The office bldg. next door has 2 underground floors of restaurants, and there are 4 decent bars close by. The front desk staff spoke English, but no one else in the hotel knew more than a word or two. Trying to communicate with the housekeeping staff was a challenge. By and large, I had no major complaints with the hotel and would happily stay there again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Breakfast is good. Have noodles, congees, eggs, bacon, salad, yoghurt. Let's say variety in the breakfast. The coffee machines are extremely strong coffee. However, the staff is willing to make the lighter coffee for us. Since we asked for the iced coffee. It was hard to explain at the beginning. In the end, the coffee was great! The staff is good especially Ms. Sherily Ma. There is no soy milk or other vegetable milk available. The in-room internet signal wasn't meet my standard. You can text but you can't send pictures. The chinese style plug were unable to use. I need to use the flat plug and the multi style plug.

Great location for everything. Room size is comfortable and big enough. Breakfast has good varieties with both chinese & western choices. Thank you! While the building is under renovation so it's difficult to locate the entrance. During my stay, it had been heavy rain all day so didn't get a chance to go out.

The room was good enough, not great. I stayed in a different hotel on the next visit. Its a bit dated and tired and needs a renovation. But it was clean enough and okay Breakfast wasnt much good, and I felt like I was in a room that needed some love. It was a bit drab.

Exceptionally polite staff, friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel location is excellent, easy to get around with Metro station close by. Clean and comfortable room, relaxing atmosphere.

location was good although the escalator was oddly situated by the subway station so we had to use a roundabout way to hotel when carrying our suitcases. friendly staff albeit not speaking much english. used translation apps to communicate. clean and spacious room for the price point. reasonably comfy beds and pillows. overall a more old school hotel w dated decor. could use an update and upgrade to modernize. no ramp in entrance made it difficult for us to bring in heavy suitcases. breakfast buffet was unimpressive. they need to up their food game.
