Clean modern hotel in the heart of Shanghai. All floors are high-floor with great views. Wish we opted in for the Oriental Pearl view though (don't get mislead by "City View" being the "city" - it's rather back-city ?). Great facilities, heated pool, spa. Great breakfast buffet combining western and eastern cuisines while overlooking Shanghai from 90-something floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't see too many people there (compared to Grand Hyatt). Next visit would definitely choose Park. Internet, but I learnt it is what it is. We used Airalo Unlim for entire trip which was ok.

- Room was clean, cleaning service was great. - Staff were great, kind and helpful. - Amazing room view as expected. - Room was calm, and spacious. - Five Star hotel service and vibes level were expected and given to me. - Rechability to room was slow due to the elevators. - Location was amazing, scenary, and safe but lacks direct reachability to metro and taxis stop. - Bed wasn't comfortable and harsh on body. - Deposit amount was high and unpredicted.

The location was excellent, the staff was really kind and helpful, always available and smily <3. At this point, I would suggest to renovate the rooms and make them more modern.

Very beautiful hotel with amazing views, the food was very good both the breakfast, in-room dining and restaurant on site. Room was clean and very comfortable Hotel is a bit old

The central A/C system in the building did not work great with a properly like this and the amount of money the guests are paying we should not be in the building sweating like pigs, can’t enjoy tea or breakfast in the morning because it is so hot.

Always a spectacular layout and incredibly refined decor, especially the lounge bar on the 87th fl. Unbelievable that an establishment of this level could not make use of any of our three Visa cards, all of which worked perfectly well in other places around the city those same days…

The view and the iconic building the hotel is in. Various lift access and a lack of a street level lobby. A very small bar to have drinks with a view for hotel guests.

Totally below Park Hyatt standard, old tired property, no fresh flower, nondescript entrance even my taxi driver got lost. It looks more like a Hyatt than Park Hyatt. Don’t pay for the river view, ugly. The only view worthwhile is the Oriental Pearl. Breakfast room and breakfast were nice. Concierge was useless, didn’t want to book me a dinner reservation at J hotel because he had to get approval from his boss. Toooooooo old ! Big room, non luxurious, more like cheap ikea furnishings. Renovate urgently! The sofas are too ugly!
