Like that the hotel is located near by the river but offer affordable price. Good size room, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful with foreigners.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and tube stations close enough. The room was clean and had enough space. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special mention needs to be made to the lady in charge of the laundry facility, as she was proficient in her work. I would stay again at the same hotel at my next visit to Shanghai and I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel, in a perfect and quiet location. The staff is fantastic, everyone is so kind and accommodating! Breakfast was also great, huge plus for the lady who makes the noodles, her smile in the morning always made my day :) Nothing in particular.

Room and property very clean, breakfast was really good every morning. I am vegan, and there were always options for me. Also, very safe area Not a lot nearby. 2 different metro lines within 10 minutes walk. There is a mall about 5 minutes away with some food options. Only 1 front desk staff spoke any English, so that was a challenge. However, they were very good with translate apps on their phones. If you want to be in a more central location closer to Nanjin and all the shopping, you probably want to stay at the other Atour location.

Cleanliness and location The room is tooooooooooooo small and not real to photos at all! It fits one person our room was in the third floor and the view was to the backside of the hotel which gives 0% privacy! And there is no room serive! They just clean the room but whatever you need else is self service !! Also, the breakfast was only chinese food, if you are Arabic or foreign you can only eat boiled eggs and fruits! Although i saw many different cultures there but they didn’t consider to have variety of food or atleast some cheese!

Staff were really nice, breakfast was tasty, free laundry and late night snack service was a plus. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. Nicely located along a river and easily walkable to many popular restaurants and shopping areas.
