The included breakfast was great, and had a big variety of different foods! The rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great and super convenient for travel. There was relatively poor noise isolation between rooms, and we could hear the snoring of our neighbors. The bathroom was decent although didn't have great ventilation, and some lights didn't work in the bathroom or wardrobe area.

Access to metro was the best thing at that location, given the traffic in the city. The breakfast was true Campanile style, there was variety for all and it was fulfilling Room sizes too small

Good location. Cool facilities with a pool table, accessible food in the hotel, vending machines, a coffee shop. Staff was friendly. Good hotel for a 3 star rating. Good for families or a quick visit to Shanghai The first floor kind of smelled like cats.

Location The hotel itself was decent, but the air conditioning completely ruined the stay for me. The room only had heating mode working, and the manager confirmed the cooling/chiller system was not operational yet. The only solution offered was a fan and keeping the window open, which was very disappointing.

Great location, helpful staff There is NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the winter months (we went in early Nov). Impossible to sleep comfortably. You might think because it’s cool outside, it will be inside….no, the hotel is incredibly warm (maybe central heating?) Impossible to get a good nights sleep due to temperature of 25+ degrees inside

I have stayed here a number of times, and I’ve never been disappointed. Friendly staff, modern rooms, and a good breakfast. This time in particular I appreciated the services of the sales manager Mark, who helped me print forms I needed for the consulate.

everything was clean and fresh there was no restaurant available to order room service for lunch or dinner

Helpful staff, good breakfast, quiet room, metro station was close, fast wifi. They can even prepare meals on demand, decent price.

Though overall everything was good and the staff was always ready to help, the cleanliness could be improved with little effort (rooms also need some fixtures, see the shower ...)
