This location is extremely convenient, with easy access to the subway station. However, there was one drawback - the construction site next to the hotel generated noise from early morning till late at night, making it difficult to rest.

the room are smaller than the description. Our room supposed to be 410 sq. But the hotel room is more like 310. We confronted to the hotel and they agreed to upgrade us to a bigger room but has to be the next day. We also don't have a microwave as mentioned no fruit delivered to the room either.overall they are lie about the description

We stayed 6 nights. The location of this hotel is superb! The metro is 2 min away and takes you directly to the airport or train station. Across the hotel is a small market and walking distance to the main shopping pedestrian street. The staff is very kind and the rooms are very clean and huge comparing to other hotels in another parts of the world. There is a free laundry and detergent. The only negative part is the construction noise and we were not able to sleep some nights but this will change. I recommend this hotel and we would stay again. nothing

Clean rooms and good water pressure They gave us only one key for a 4-night stay even though I asked very politely for an additional key. The room was supposed to be "soundproofed" but we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and adjoining buildings. The room was definitely smaller than 40m2 advertised.

The location is so superb. Close to the metro station and very close to good bakery and food. I would love to stay here again when I come to Shanghai

Location, Location !! Great stay, the neighbourood is great many bars and restaurants around. 3 metro lines basically in font of hotel and very clear upscale area. Really a great pick.It also has free self service laundry which came handy Noise. The corner rooms with balcony are noisy because the door does not seal at all. Moreover there is construction in front of the hotel. Ask for a room in the opposite side, which still has nice street view but is super quiet

The hotel is right in the center, a few steps from Nanjing Road W, tons of restaurants and shops. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. They support delay checkout.

Everything was great, affordable prices, top-notch location, and the rooms were huge and very clean. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Definitely recommended for anyone planning to stay on West Nanjing! Nothing

The hotel waa clean close to metro station & food districts area. Eventho the entrance was small and the lift too but the facilities inside the room was awesome. The toilet like Japanese toilet, the room is big, comfortable for family especially with kids. Love the interiors. Sad, did not take any pic of it. I recommend this hotel & will be back to this hotel again someday if I visit shanghai.

Romm super cozy. Location is perfect. Subway 100 meter walking distance. i didn't take hotel breakfast. Starbucks 100 meter away. nothing.

There was odor smell from the bath room, I had to pour some water into the draining. The toilet had smell too. Shower water was a bit harsh and water temperature was not not stable. Breakfast were from delivery, so do not expect hot food.

We were assigned with a no-window room with the same price as others. It was very hot in the room, and the air con was fixed (you can’t change the temperature yourself), it was very uncomfortable. My throat was dry, and we were sweating every night. The staff at the front desk told us they can’t offer us another room even under such condition. Also the room was quite small.
