The staff is great. All of them are friendly, responsive and helpful. The room decoration is as good as hotel description. The smart curtain and toilet impressed me most. Location is great, close to the subway entrance. Plenty of convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Smoke smell came through the ventilation system. The room went better after AC on for a while.

The room was the best thing, It was big, clean and modern with great though in the client. One of the great things was power button control that was simple and worked as intended. Rooms where nice and a lot of space. I can say I dislike anything about this place.

The location is spot on. Exit 2 (or 3) from HanZhong station and you can see the hotel straightaway. Reception staff is super friendly and helpful; response from front desk (especially the slim lady doing night duty) is very fast, especially when it can be very busy. Bonus is the free laundry and free night snacks (simple congee but so satisfying). Room is spacious and very clean; housekeeping staff is also friendly and helpful. Love the room gadget that performs tasks with voice prompts, e.g. adjust air-conditioning temperature, open/close curtains, switch on/off lights. Breakfast (¥38) is simple yet delicious and staff is efficient and always smiling. We stayed here for 3 nights, went to Suzhou and came back to this same hotel for another 2 nights. Overall, had a great time !! Nothing !

Location is great; quiet and not so crowded. It is not too far to travel to the main downtown areas in Shanghai, as there is a train station conveniently located just across the road. Opposite the hotel, there is a morning market, selling vegetables etc. So it is a good opportunity to catch a glimpse of how the locals live. You can also buy some traditional Shanghainese breakfast from some stalls inside, which is delicious & affordable. Extra mention of the diligent staffs in the hotel who went extra mile to help the guests. My elderly dad has to stay in one day and the staffs make sure he has adequate food/drinks throughout the day, and they keep us updated through WeChat while we were out. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine, position, room, clerks! They don't really speak English but it's easy with the translator :) one thing that could be helpful will be unifying the name of the hotel (in didi you'll find "time walk s", in the street is "Nostalgia hotel") Nothing

One of the best Hotels I‘ve ever stayed. I travel a lot , but this type of comfort and care I haven’t seen. The manager was online and helped with questions, the laundry is free and there was an option to leave the clothes with room tag and the next day I received my clean clothes. All the additional small things like ear plugs, hair care etc were free of charge at the first floor. Very clean , good location and perfect service It wasn’t easy to find without Chinese address in Booking. But I asked Manager and they shared it to me.

Taste was not good and price was relatively high. After trying it once we ended up eating breakfast at chinese breakfast shops for the rest of the stay - Bathroom is not a separate room but is integrated in the room. No privacy - Not enough hooks to hang up things like towels. No closet or wardrobe

The breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed watching the robot delivering the evening snacks. The laundry facilities are great. The umbrella in the balcony was broken. It should be fixed.

The location is very convenient as it’s served by 3 metro lines. It’s just one station away from the Shanghai Railway Station if you plan to travel to other parts of China by high speed railway. The hotel is newly opened in 2023, so everything is very clean and new. Room equipments are modern as you can place your control (such as switching on/off nights / TV / air con) with voice commands. My room was located at the top floor with a balcony overviewing the Suzhou river. The hotel offers free snacks, hot tea, grab-and-go easy breakfast and night snacks upon request, as well as free laundry services. The hotel also equips with a gym room. Sometimes there’re strange smell if you’re at the balcony, not sure if the smell is from the wet market downstairs (located just next to the hotel). Front desk may sometimes overlook requests (maybe too busy) and need to call and remind again.
