I arrived there way before check in time so I never expected I could do early check in but so kind staff Yulia made it. So I could put my bags in my room and start to have my Shanghai trip. I really loved city view from my room as well. Nothin

If you get the right room, the view is absolutely stunning. You can see whole city shining from your bed. Location-wise also very good, 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station that will take you anywhere you want. Poor breakfast diversity, but honestly who even eats at hotel when you are in China. Also the pool facility isn't that great to make you want to go there again.

I stayed at this hotel last summer. I really liked the view from the hotel room and the breakfast experience on the 50th floor. When I visited China again this year, I booked this hotel for both entry into and exit of China. When I arrived in China and checked into this hotel, the front desk person, Kelly, did a free upgrade from one room to a two-room suite. The view from the 46th floor was fantastic (see posted pictures)! I am looking forward to staying in the same hotel in 10 days’ time.

360 spin restaurant with a great city view. Smart toilet is nice to have, unlimited water. After seeing their public bathrooms in the touristic and most visited places, I shall admit that our hotel was decent however, vacuuming in the rooms should be improved. Staff barely speaks English, room service works during set hours. Fully tiled slippery showers where you have to use the mat on order to prevent your skull cracking fall. Bazaar window splitting room and shower, very annoying as light is bothering you while sleeping. No adequate signage on English, directions and information. Smart toilet is nice to have, unlimited water.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with an impressive variety of delicious options to choose from. A special thank you to Joanna at the front desk for her warm welcome and excellent service. As it was my first time visiting Shanghai, she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her friendliness and professionalism truly made a great first impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai and would be happy to stay here again on my next trip. Absolutely nothing

Beds could have been more comfortable. Safe area, but would also suggest to add security when using the lift going to the upper floors.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Shanghai Atlantis. The room was perfectly clean and offered a standard, comfortable amount of space. The hotel is situated in a very lovely area, just about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore Shanghai. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.A huge plus for us—especially traveling for a longer period—was the free laundry service, which is highly convenient. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It is served in the hotel’s revolving restaurant on the top floor, offering breathtaking, 360-degree views of the city that truly took our breath away. We would definitely stay here again!

Location and the view The bathroom was built in by glass wall and also there is not a room with 3 beds available, had to pay extra on the pricey side for additional bed in the room.
