The only negative point is that they may ask for a room deposit. There was no such information when booking, which left us confused. I would also like to note that the minibar is refilled only once. This is very strange for a 5-star hotel.

True 5 stars hotel. Club lounge is amazing, food in Camelia & ClubLounge is super delicious, variety is great. Try to choose the room with view, it will be another experience of staying here. There are no fresh juices in the club lounge, package juices only. But it is a really minor, staff was ready to bring it from the 1st floor on demand.

I had booked with a preliminary price as Booking said, but when I went to the hotel I paid €80 more, not the deposit, I'm not talking about the deposit.

The room was spacious and the view was nice. We received a cake for the birthday of my wife. The pool has an amazing view! The hotel seems a bit dated and the breakfast wasn’t the best for the hotel being a 5 star hotel. To use the pool you need a swimming cap. While hotels like the Ritz Carlton just lend you one for free, the Regent only sells those.

I really liked the property the atmosphere was excellent, and the location was great. Daniel and Evelyn were incredibly helpful and professional, and I truly appreciated their support. The massage experience was also very relaxing and peaceful. Some cleanliness need to request but all good and they are super fast doing it

It's not a simply staying in a hotel it's an unique experience I am glad I made the right decision to spend some days at the Regent Hotel Shanghai Pudong. Not only an amazing room with a great view but as well a culinarry and wellness experience. 100% recommend

The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Breakfasts were excellent - delicious, varied, and nicely presented. The relaxation area with the pool and jacuzzi was an absolute highlight and the perfect place to unwind. Thank you for the warm hospitality and wonderful atmosphere. I had an unforgettable experience and would love to come back again. Everything was amazing
