internet service was good and location is good near to the airport and a few good restaurants nearby. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. As a loyal guest who has been staying here for the past four years, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and amenities, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During my recent visit, I was provided with incorrect information regarding gym and swimming pool timings, which caused considerable inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. I encountered an unhelpful attitude from staff members, who seemed uninterested in assisting with even the most basic requests. Given my long history with your hotel, this is particularly disheartening. Additionally, several basic services were lacking, including the absence of room service and essential toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. The room telephone was also malfunctioning, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk. These are all issues that I would not expect from a hotel of your caliber, especially given its previous reputation as a five-star establishment. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I regret to say that I can no longer recommend your hotel to others. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address the decline in service to restore the quality that once made your hotel a preferred choice.

The ability to check in to our room early, the shuttle bus to and from the airport and the Chinese Restaurant, which was very good. The swimming pool was closed and there wasn't a bar within the hotel, even though it was advertised as having one.

Nice hotel with good location 30 min drive to Airport

Enormous room with huge separate bathroom and shower area. 20 minutes walk to a large shopping centre with Starbucks and close to the airport. Breakfast was great. There were only two time options for bus transfers to the airport in the morning which were either much too early or too late for me. However, it’s easy to just call a didi, so not a big problem.

Service, private dining room and excellent cuisine, location, layout of the one bedroom suite and tub, shower and all amenities. The place is beautiful! Luggage hold after checkout for the day at no cost. The temperature in the room was so hot. We turned on Ac but it was only blowing air. We didn’t realize it wasn’t cooling down until we woke up in middle of the night. It would not go less than 25 Celsius. We lowered all three thermostats and finally turned them completely off. But, nothing lowered all night. We stayed here a year ago and loved this special corner room, high floor with huge windows. We paid more this year as well, but too hot to sleep.

close to the airport which is what we needed - room was nice, bathroom was the best, big bath and a nice shower. some of the plugs were a little dodgy so we didn't use those!

Breakfast is perfect, very complete and delicious. The room is good, cleaned and big. The service is good and they are polite and kind. The transfer to Disneyland is the best because the timing is perfect to arrive at the park and to leave without worrying to grab a taxi or anything. The neighborhood is more local so you can also find many options of very cheap food. The gym is ok. I really recommended and would book again. The hotel is beautiful but the should remove these carpets it would give a better view. This would be more an advice. They should have transfer to the other airport and also teh gym could have at least a few machines for leg. A bit far from the main attractions in the city.
