The location is perfect. They clean the room daily with new set of towels and gave us water daily. There are 2 elevators, during our stay we didn’t have a hard time waiting for the lift. The staff allowed us to check in early (9 am) and upgraded our room. He even helped us shipping our package. Very near the metro, in East Nanjing Road with plenty of food choices around. The hotel maybe old but you have everything you need. Great value for money. I can’t comment about the wifi since I’m using esim. None

Location is the only good thing about this hotel, that too because its in the middle of a popular but very very busy area. The window cannot be closed,its broken and never been fixed. Loud noises from the adjoining rooms and housekeeping. Facilities were old, for example the exhaust fan in the bathroom is full of dust and dirt, AC was old and cannot be controlled, bathroom stuff was outdated and not maintained. This place needs a lot of work. Lastly, the staff was ok,not great though, didnt interact much apart from check in and check out.

Very downtown, and walking distance to MRT 2, 10, or 1,8. Room are enough big Many years I'm coming to this hotel. It may need a bit refresh.

Location is very convenient, very busy shopping streets. Nanjing Road is door steps away. Breakfast is unavailable. Room is small. No breakfast is offered.

Great location , room size is very good. We had family room with one queen size and one twin size bed. It also has large size sofa that one adult can sleep-on it (we didn’t use it ), closet has extra blanket and a pillow. Room has two TVs. and bathtub with shower head secured. Unfortunately, our shower head had a problem, but the manager was very nice and helpful and solve the problem. 客房部胥主任,非常耐心有溫度，幫助我們解决了任何疑问和不便，退房時前台小姐姐也帮忙网络打车，一并再次感谢！ Great location and price is fair.

Excellent location - could not have been better. Walking distance to so many attractions and I could see down east Nanjing Road from my window. I thought for the cost, it was totally fine. The place is old and a bit dated, but perfectly serviceable and I am fine with that.

Location and one staff that suggested shopping Location on 10th March, at reception. Other staff was not as accommodating. Place is old and needs bit of attention.

Staff was really nice and spoke good English. All it lacked was an easier access at the front for the luggages and a movable shower head.

Very old hotel need renovation

Amazing price for the convenient location to Nanjing Road. We were easily able to take breaks after some shopping before heading out again. Front desk staff were very helpful when we had questions. The house cleaning staff came by to clean and gave us new water bottles daily. The room was decent size for 2 people and we were easily able to lay out our 3 suitcases. From our window, we were able to see the busy road with the bright city lighting. (The blackout curtains were also very nice to not be woken up by bright morning light.) Just be warned that you will also hear the hustle and bustle from around 8am-11pm. The room door leading to the rest of hallway is not soundproof at all. The floor we were on was only a small hallway with the rooms and elevator so it felt like loud echo especially with other guests that talk at a yelling volume early in the morning.

Rooms are quite small, even by Shanghai standards. The building is starting to show its age in terms of construction and facilities (lifts etc). For example, the lifts were not working during my check-in time. I dropped my bags and went to walk around for 2 hours, but I would prefer not having that inconvenience.
