Its located in the old core of the city. The location shares its footprint with a Coffee Shop that makes bagel sandwiches so you do not have to go far for a snack. The guy who runs the place will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. nothing

Everything! Super well located to visit several places in Shanghai! Nothing! Everything was really good!

Clean. Good room service. Coffee shop on ground floor. Small shops nearby. Google maps gave a poor location. Tight luggage storage. Hard for 2 people.

The property is accessible to bus and train station. It is also clean and the staff is friendly and responsive None. Just add whole body mirror

When we first arrived, I was a bit put off by the reception area — it wasn’t very clean, and there was some renovation going on nearby. But once we got to our room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything you might need — from slippers to bottled water and tea. Housekeeping came every day. Even though the windows faced the street, it was much quieter than I had expected based on other reviews. We only stayed at the hotel overnight, so for us the main advantage was its location. It’s simply the best place to stay in the very center of Shanghai. There’s a metro line nearby that takes you directly to either of the two airports. Several museums and the main tourist street, Nanjing Road, are within walking distance. One wall of our room was adjacent to the elevator, so in the evenings and mornings we could hear other guests using it. If possible, ask for a room away from the elevator.

It was clean and like the pictures, location is also very good. The guy at the desk was also nice enough to book us a taxi with fair tariffs.

Clean, drinks, cold air conditioner and friendly staff who spoke English. Staff also stored our backpacks for us free of charge after we checked out. Everything was just as listed on the website

Great location - lovely neighbourhood. Close to people’s square yet still very quiet. Got a free upgreat which was well appreciated. Nice rooms. Reception area is a little run down and communication at times a bit difficult, but apart from that a great stay!

Nice hotel close to People's park and metro station. About 20 min walk to Nanjing road. There is no 24-hour staff presence at the property.

Good location. Rooms are well equipped. A few things were broken. Electronic door lock don’t work properly. We were in the room next to the elevator and we heard it all night going up and down. The staff were hardly ever at reception.

Noisy early morning and late at night due to locals who trade on street. Manager smoking weed in reception. Lifts smelt of weed also. Near pet shops, which are not humane which may put some people off.

Location, Price. cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff I had not complaints.

We absolutely loved everything from the location, the divine bedding, the electric sun roof, and the easy access to every shop you need. This was the closest boutique hotel we could find to people's square, and we could paint the town red from our location. Nothing, we enjoyed everything. Maybe some coffee in the room would have been the cherry on top?
