Only clean nothing special , only Disneyland location nearby and had shuttle service Location not good, no any places nearby can go to pass the time, room air conditioner was very bad in the night we couldn’t sleep well,

Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. The room was huge, very luxurious and with many nice design elements. I especially liked the lighting plan in the room that is usually just an afterthought, here is was clearly part of the design of the room. The bathroom had every you could wish for and the bed was super comfortable! I liked having a good table and two additional couches with also plenty of electric connections. It was perfect! The only thing if you stay at this property is to consider that the connection to the subway in more than 4 km away, but I thing a good connection to this area is now being constructed. But in fact I used Didi and that was fine and not expensive at all.

They have time schedule for free shuttle to disneyland and during the pickup from disney to the hotel, the driver kindly sent us a message thru wechat on where he was parked at disney, so we can easily find the shuttle bus. Spacious breakfast buffet area. They also offers wide variety of food choices from english breakfast to local chinese breakfast.

Everything is nice, however on the 4th day, the room smells cigarettes. We don’t smoke so we are puzzled where is the smell coming from. I reported to the reception and gave us air purifier for the whole night.

On the booking information, check-in starts from 3pm, so we arrived over 4PM hoping to check in straight away and rest, only to be told the rooms are still uncleaned and not yet ready(will take at least 1hr at the soonest). We were told to sit it out (were not offered a lounge) or drop our bags and go somewhere. The check in process itself took a while because they had trouble figuring out the reservation through booking.com. We came back around 11pm, got our keys and entered our rooms. However, while the hotel states the room is a non smoking room, 1 of the room we got reeks of cigarette smell, even the bedding. Called front desk to switch room and the process took a while. We had to call multiple times before they give us a new room. With all this issues, front desk’s attitude was really not great.

Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6. Nothing really, great customer service, buffet was delicious and such a variety.

If you want to visit Disneyland; this hotel is a great choice! But there are no other interesting places nearby.

location is great if you're visiting Disneyland. But typically at least 30mins drive (no traffic) away from city centre. housekeeping threw our stuffs. used cups were not replaced nor washed. amenities were not topped up too. requested for laundry service but laundry bag was not picked up.

Room is big and hotel lobby is nice My non smoking room was smelling cold cigarette an awful way. Rug and sof had stains. food at the restaurant was not great
