It was an amazing experiment we enjoyed a lot everything was perfect cooperative and helpful staff ,big rooms with wonderful view and we felt safe there in every pool and in all amazing aqua every time we go to sharm for sure we will choose aqua blue Just WiFi connection was weak ..otherwise I liked everything

The facilities are amazing in this resort . Perfect place for family dream vacation. The staff are very worm, friendly and experienced. Special thanks to the front desk staff especially Mr Islam Ali for his excellent friendly hospitality and service . It’s not beachfront but they had a regular bus service to their other resort on the beach.

A very special thank you to our room attendant, Zain. He was absolutely outstanding. Every day our room was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and always prepared with great care. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail made our stay even more enjoyable. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent work. We would also like to thank the reception team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and quick assistance whenever we needed anything. They made the check-in and our entire stay smooth and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this resort to everyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mostafa Adel at the reception. He was professional, welcoming, and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the aqua park was great for families. Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The stuff and the location and the facilities were OK I am incredibly disappointed with my recent stay and will never return. Upon arrival, I was hit with a shocking $350 charge for my 1-year-old child. The front desk claimed this is a "new policy" implemented two years ago under new ownership, allegedly required for "visitor security" so every person on the property is accounted for. However, this "security" excuse is completely hypocritical. Throughout our entire stay, nobody ever checked our paperwork, wristbands, or IDs when we entered or left the resort to prove my child actually belonged to us. If it’s truly about safety, why is there zero enforcement? It is clearly just a blatant cash grab. Contrast with Competitors: This Hotel: Charges $350 for an infant under the guise of "security," with zero actual security checks. Other Resorts: Allow infants to stay for free and happily provide a complimentary baby cot/crib. The "Apology" Insult: To make matters worse, management spent 30 minutes arguing with me before offering a dinner voucher to the Moroccan restaurant as an "apology." I later found out from friends staying at the resort—who had zero issues or complaints—that they were given the exact same voucher. The invitation wasn't a genuine apology for their ridiculous policy; it was just a cheap marketing tactic to bribe us into writing a good review. Well, it didn't work. I can afford the $350, but I cannot stand being taken advantage of. Save your money and stay at a resort that actually values families.
