Reef Oasis Beach Aqua Park Resort - All inclusive

Good value for money. Amazing staff especially Mohamed Mahrous from the reception who made our stay exceptional as he provided us with everything we asked for; always accommodating and trying to help. Also thanks to Mohamed Refaat and Abdelrahman from the main restaurant who delivered exceptional service everyday on the breakfast buffet. The Italian restaurant has amazing vibes and an amazing Italian chef who cooks authentic Italian recipes. The beach is beautiful with amazing reefs; you don’t even need to go inside for snorkeling you can see colorful fish on the shore. The only thing that can be better is more variety and more Egyptian options on the lunch and dinner buffets.

The property is well prepared and clean. Staff were everywhere and very helpful. Restaurant was clean and delicious. I stayed at the Reed Oasis side, access to the relax pool and beach was very convenient. For aqua park we used shuttle, it really comes in every 5 mins. There are multiple shops in the facility, from market to pharmacy, prices are acceptable. Facilities are bit old, for instance one pool in the aqua park was in maintenance. Slides for kids were aged, with some I didn’t feel comfortable to use. Also I’d like to see more variety of snacks at the beach bar.

Beach was good, shallow sandy entrance from the beach. Great coral reef Room was spacious, very comfortable bed. Good air-conditioning. Meals were ok, pasta dishes were consistently good. Made-to-order omelets were good. The pontoon bridge leading to the reef is simply dangerous, it's floating on the water and extremely not stable. Every time it was a risky adventure to get to the reef. Not enough sunbeds. One has to go to the beach at 8am and put your towels on the sunbeds, otherwise nothing will be available by 9 am. Meals were repetitive and tasteless. One would not go hungry, but nothing special. Deserts had no taste. It was hard to get attention of a waiter to ask for drinks, so I started bringing them to the table myself. While at the hotel street cafe in the evening, I got terribly bitten by some sort of midges, it was awful. Apparently, hotels usually spray the grass to limit the midges, but not in this case.

Everything was amazing, from the room to the facilities to the food and drinks served. I would like to send a huge thank you especially to the staff. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Special thank you to Mina at the beach bar and Alex and Ramadan who gave us amazing tours of the city and attractions! Your kindness and passion in what you do did not go unnoticed. Also the staff at the different restaurants was amazing and the food options were of very good quality the only thing i did not like is that i should’ve stayed longer to enjoy it even more, I will definitely be back :)

We stayed here for 11 nights in a Deluxe Sea View room that was recently renovated and we liked everything. The coral reef in front of the resort is amazing and all the staff was kind and accommodating. We used the spa too and they also gave us a courtesy room to shower the day we left as our flight was late in the evening. We hope to come back again at some point! Noting really

Transfer from and to airport was chaotic and late. I was concerned about missing my flight when they came 15 minutes late with no comunication.

staff - not reception staff but restaurants staff was mostly friendly and helpful which is why i gave this resort any stars at all. Overall everything else was horrible. we arrived hotel 11pm with three kids falling asleep. we had booked two room family delux which basically has two bedrooms inside. one king bed and two twin beds were sufficient for 2 adult and 3 kids but first they made us wait plenty of time in the lobby with kids asleep and then told me i need to book another room since that room won’t hold all of us. Nonsense. i agreed to pay since we just needed a place to sleep, they gave me one room on one side of the hotel and second on other. i told them i cannot leave my kids alone that far, rooms should be connected. second option i was given was to pay same amount of a second room but we all stay in the same room. so basically no change to the room and i paid for an additional room. if their policy is to limit 4 person in one room then why did they allow all of us in one room after i double paid them. so this tells you they scam you. also, next day i called multiple times for tooth brushes and an iron, it took them theee phone calls and 2 hours to provide me that. last but not least, after paying double, we were embarrassed when a restaurant where we were allowed in to eat, embarrassed us by multiple staff members coming to us and saying we weren’t allowed to eat there because it’s not part of our hotel, so why did they let us enter? we left our plates full of food on their tables and left. HORRIBLE PLACE

The Beach， the food，the service，everything is perfect. I would like to have a second visit.

We chose Reef Oasis primarily for the house reef, and it was excellent. The affiliated scuba club has friendly guides and instructors, and we made the best dives of our lives with them, the reefs are teeming with fish and abundant coral.
