Amazing customer service Mohammed El Gamal helped us with a beautiful room, food, facilities, activities and the coral reef around the hotel makes it very attractive and best place to stay in Sharm.

Very well maintained, its clean, the pools are amazing, the beach was so so beautiful, food is delicious, comfortable room, quiet places, good for family stay, there are entertainments and shows at night after dinner, the staff are sooo supportive and always with smiley face and ready to support, Mr Hani at the reception was very supportive and made our stay smooth, the girl Reem at the restaurant was amazing. Clean, close to everything Best hotel ever Nothing, Everything was good

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the treatment my family and I experienced during our stay. The first incident occurred at the pool bar, where a staff member was extremely rude to me. He repeatedly blamed and shouted at me in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner, despite the fact that I was a paying guest. I felt that I was treated differently because I am not Caucasian, which was both upsetting and unacceptable. The second incident took place at the buffet restaurant. A staff member asked me to give up my table for a European guest, even though I had arrived and occupied the table first. I found this treatment unfair and discriminatory. These experiences had a significant impact on our stay. Most importantly, my 10-year-old daughter was frightened and distressed by the way I was treated. No guest should feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or singled out because of their ethnicity or background. I hope you will investigate these incidents seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and fairness.

Special thanks to Omr, Ahmed, and Abdel Fattah for their professionalism, kindness, and continuous support. My sincere appreciation also goes to the reception team led to by Mr. Walid for their warm welcome and excellent hospitality. The resort is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and truly one of the best places to relax and enjoy a memorable vacation.

Beach and sea is nice. Room is quite big and comfortable. Food is average. Food quality is normal, it can be better.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel in Egypt. I really enjoyed the beach, the excellent services around the pool, the relaxing atmosphere, and the stunning view of the Red Sea. Everything made the experience very pleasant and memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel.

The beach was amazing, the staff were very supportive in each of reception, Almadina restaurant, and specially in the beach side. Mahmood the bartender of the bar next to the beach was very kind, professional and supportive.

People are really friendly,they can do for you whatever you want and the rooms are clean.we spend really good time and think about come again

The food was good and La gazella res. Activity and yoga. All the staff are good and koctails every time make fresh. Thanks to reception specially Mohammed rashad

The property is stunning and pristine. Beautiful beach Drinks were ok but the food was absolutely terrible. Very dry, barely any flavor. Only meal i truly ate was breakfast eggs. Even the specialty dinner, i took one bite of each and left the rest. Truly disappointing for the best hotel in the area.

I also really like that they never put any pressure on us for tipping and good reviews Nothing

Too many people from the staff (spa, diving, hairdressers etc) pushing you continuously to buy their products. It doesn’t help relaxing and it’s not at the standard of this category’s hotel.

Super super clean. Staff was really helpful. Wonderful food. Italian specialty restaurant was Excellent. Drinks were delicious. Lots of fun. Best all inclusive we’ve ever been to.
