A way too much money for it I have tried calling Booking.com To leave the place . But I was unable to reach them. I made few calls to the front desk to make my complaints . They took their time. And things were not going okay I want to leave ASAP because I had paid

We had a great stay at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort. The hospitality was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A very special thank you to Mr. Jordian for his kindness and professionalism. He generously upgraded our room free of charge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His warm attitude and outstanding guest service truly made a difference.We also appreciate the excellent room service provided by Mahmud Jamal and his supervisor, Mr. Hesham, for keeping our room clean and comfortable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again!

A wonderful stay with an exceptional team As a couple who travels the world constantly, we have rarely come across a team as warm and genuine as the staff at Safir. Every single one of our requests was met promptly and completely. Milad from housekeeping was in the corridor nearly all day, ready to assist guests with anything they needed. We have never encountered a housekeeping attendant this hardworking and hospitable. The receptionist who welcomed us at check-in (unfortunately we didn't catch his name) upgraded us to a premium room free of charge and was incredibly attentive and friendly. Jordian Joseph, who assisted us throughout the rest of our stay at reception, was an absolute legend. He gives off the sincere, positive energy of a close friend and genuinely lifts your mood for the day. In our opinion, he should be managing this hotel; you find yourself wanting to come back just to see him again. Ahmad Abu El Fath, our bellman, was the very definition of helpfulness. Both on arrival and departure, he took us by buggy from our room door all the way to the taxi waiting outside. Given how large the hotel grounds are, this made a real difference. In short, Safir was the true meaning of the phrase "we felt at home among friends." We wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back.

beautiful beach could be better , and definitely invest in fixing the outside escalator because the stairs are a hike.

On the beach staff very nice Reception, restaurant, housekeeping , Steep hill cable car an operative

Buffet is repetitive and it gets old and we had to get food from outside the hotel. Our room located on a downhill slope and was too steep to climb up. They have a golf cart and a van to give ride but they were too slow to respond, it took them 50 minutes to show up. Gate security guy made me fill out report every time i have outside food with me or delivery. Too rigid.

Additionally, the staff was too friendly, room was clean and had amazing sea view. Can’t to visit the hotel again.

**What I really liked:** 1. **Breakfast**: Food quality was excellent with good variety. 2. **Pools**: The pool was very clean and well maintained. 3. **Staff**: The team was very supportive and welcoming. 4. **Cleaning services**: Housekeeping was excellent, rooms always spotless. 5. **Front Office**: Special mention to Mr. Jordan Joseph – his attitude was outstanding. Always supportive, professional, and his friendly/laughing face made check-in and daily interactions much better. Areas for improvement:** 1. **Lunch & Dinner**: Food quality was below the breakfast standard. More variety and attention to taste/seasoning would help bring it up to the same level. 2. **Pool bar service**: The pool area is great, but the bar options could be expanded. Adding more alcohol choices, plus simple snacks like nuts, fruits, and chips would make a big difference. I’m fine if these are paid options – guests would still use them.
