Location, crew hospitality… house reef .. all great Nothing

Bright room with balcony to enjoy the sea view. We booked 2 units. The manager offered $100 higher prices in order to have 2 rooms next to each other if we book directly with them bypass booking platform. We did not accept his offer so we booked through booking.com but he assigned two rooms separately on each end of the building. I did not like the way they treated customers through booking platform differently.

The staff were nice in the beginning and in the end they were very disrespectful and they just want your money thats all

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by your check-in staff, particularly Mr. Islam Alsaeed, whose kindness and lovely smile made a wonderful first impression. However, shortly after checking into my room, I encountered a conflict with the reception team, which unfortunately left me feeling unsatisfied. The following morning, I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Nassr Ibrahim, the Front Desk Manager. I must express my sincere appreciation for his exceptional professionalism. He addressed my concern immediately and resolved the matter efficiently and respectfully. His ability to handle the situation with such expertise demonstrates that he is truly the right person in the right position. Please extend my gratitude to Mr. Nassr Ibrahim for his outstanding service. Employees like him greatly enhance the guest experience and reflect positively on your hotel’s reputation None

The facilities were excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the view of the sea and coral reefs was absolutely breathtaking.

Good position, nice food in main restaurant In April I didn’t like the animation team, it was boring In the first day we had feeling that in hotel here is nothing to do Also food in bars were not provided, only not tasty ice cream and chips. Would be cool to provide more options of snacks between meals The only one bar which is decent is Calamari

Everything, it was really excellent, so kindly stuff, very nice place, the food is so good and clean.
