I would like to specifically mention Ahmed from the Royal, who was extremely kind and professional, Abdullah from the beach, Chef Nabil, and the rest of the team—they were all amazing. The food was very bad and lacked variety. The hotel is not designed for Arab guests, as it focuses entirely on catering to foreign visitors. The TV had only two Arabic channels—an unknown news channel and a sports channel—leaving nothing worth watching. The internet was extremely slow and not available throughout the entire room. While the room was tidied daily in a good manner, the minibar was not restocked. Every time, I had to call the reception to request a refill.

For breakfast need more hot dishes. In the night to much mosquito in location. Need to spray to avoid fly and mosquitoes.

Liked the suite, the private coast is very comfortable and fun I’m not sure if it is coz of the place or COVID rules - they used too much plastic glasses, even when asked for alcoholic drink

I give big thanks from me to Wael in Serivce staff he was very helpful and polite and fast , in all hotel I like only Wael There were reptiles (lizard)
