Overall, our stay at the resort was excellent, and I would happily rate it 9.5/10**. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options at every meal that catered to everyone's tastes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel welcome and happy. The resort was spotless throughout, and the room was clean, comfortable, and furnished to a very high standard. The Wi-Fi coverage and speed exceeded my expectations and worked reliably across the resort. The aqua pool was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. The animation team deserves special recognition—they were incredibly energetic, engaging, and always encouraged guests to participate in the daily activities, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The limited number of shaded trees made it a bit challenging to move from one area to another during periods of intense, direct sunlight, especially when the UV levels were high. Also the parking area. Everything is excellent.

This review is not based on a single incident, but on several stays over the past few months. I have stayed at this resort many times and recommended it to friends from different countries because I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere, the parties, and believed it was one of the best resorts in Sharm El Sheikh. Unfortunately, with every visit I noticed a clear decline in the overall quality. The food is no longer what it used to be, cleanliness has noticeably deteriorated, and I often checked into my room to find basic essentials missing, such as tissues, bottled water, or even towels. In addition, the cleanliness of some rooms and public bathrooms was well below the standard expected from a resort of this level. I also lost more than one personal belonging during different stays. I reported each incident, but they were not handled with the level of care and professionalism I expected. The worst part of my experience was my interaction with one of the security staff members. On July 21st, at around 8:00 PM, despite having a confirmed reservation, I was denied entry. Instead of simply verifying my booking, he started questioning my nationality and where I was coming from. He then told me, “I could lose my temper at any moment,” and “I don’t want to hear your nonsense.” When I asked to speak to his manager, he replied that his manager was “busy” and that I could sit next to the gate for an hour until he became available. He then told me to “get away from my face and away from the gate because people want to enter and leave freely, and you’re disturbing them.” After this incident, I immediately reported what happened to the Reception Manager. However, a few hours later, the same security staff member confronted me again. This time, he told me, “Go ahead and complain about me,” and “If you think you can do something, go and do it.” He also attempted to approach me in an aggressive manner. I don’t believe any guest deserves to be treated this way.

The staff was exceptional and friendly, the rooms are newly renovated and the food tasted so good. The variety of the food wasn’t that much.

The Staff is so professional, and so friendly Special thanks to Karim in the restaurant, Fady in the bar, Chef Samir, Chef Radwan and Chef Ramadan the manager. Great value for money, shuttle bus to the beach is available, all the rooms are under renovation plan, parties were so much fun, didn’t need to go out to have fun. Launch and dinner need to be enhanced in varieties.

Exceptional Staff: Huge thanks to Mr. Taher and Gerges at the reception. They were extremely friendly, facilitated a very fast check-in, offered a room upgrade, and allowed a late check-out. They genuinely cared to check if I was happy with the room. Cleanliness: The housekeeping team was excellent and kept the room neat and perfectly arranged Facilities: The pools and aqua park were good. Also, the bars are nicely distributed throughout the property Food: While there was a good variety of food, the taste was just average and there is room for improvement in flavor Snacks: The quality of the snacks and their scheduled timings need better management and adjustment

Our stay at Amphoras Aqua Hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived. The facilities, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. I would especially like to thank Mr. Gerges from the reception team. He was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had the best experience possible. His positive attitude and willingness to help left a great impression on us. Thank you, Mr. Gerges, and thank you to the entire hotel team for making our vacation memorable. We will definitely come back again.

The staff and the service were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional, which made the atmosphere very enjoyable and welcoming. The food lacked variety and felt repetitive. Additionally, the dining area is quite dated and definitely needs a renovation to match the quality of the service.

Eveything was amazing , the staff , view , food , everything was more better than expected , everything is available, if u just want to relax its a perfect spot and there are also lots of activities and events happening daily
