It’s unclean there was a bad smell Not comfortable Nothing there is available Fridge is not working / kettle is dirty inside and out Dust all over the room , alot of noise and annoying people This place cant classifed as a hotel

Insects in bathroom (cockroaches). Really annoying smell in the room and in the hotel resort. For that reason, falling asleep after my late check-in was very unpleasant. Had to ask for room change next morning, which was slightly more acceptable but still far form optimum. Operations during breakfast. Selection of warm meals kind of poor and usually cold, except for omelette.

Garden and pool area were really nice and exceeded our expectations. Our room was specious and not noisy at all. Hasham elevated the experience by putting in extra effort for our stay and comfort, a great thank you to him. Breakfast could improve greatly, it felt like minimal effort was put in. Some staff seemed highly demotivated, while others were putting in effort. Early check-in was charged (15 USD for us) although the room was already ready. Wifi only available in reception and breakfast area.

The staff are good and the rooms are ok and the location is near farsha and supermarkets and 2 mins walk for Napoli pizza There is no bar and bathroom need maintenance as shower head was broke.

No wifi in room but in the same time I appreciate the good effect helping us to get away from daily rooting and addicting effects of social media etc.
