No drinking water in the room

pool is good. But surrounding feels bad smell from the toilet We found bed bugs on the bed and pillows. The air conditioning is not working, and there is no Wi-Fi service. The front desk service is very poor. We complained about the air conditioning issue and have been waiting for more than 3 hours for support, but no one has attended to us. There is also no phone service to contact the front desk, so we have to go there physically to make complaints. Hotel not providing drinking water and soaps these basic tgings also not available.

Very good hotel, clean rooms, good job from Mohammed Elsayed and Mohammed Fathi, very good cleaner.

Wonderful place with a good location near good beaches and the staff are wonderful as well so helpful specifically Mr abdelkreem and Mr roof Food would be better but accepted for good price

The POS wasn't working, and I had to pay in cash. It isn't acceptable at all

Plaj, stretching with nuri, meals, animation. Bed is comfortable. Internet connection is very poor. No hair dryer, no kettle, no glasses. There is no easy things. Shower and water tap was so old and so high.

The hotel was very bad. Service and customer satisfaction is really bad. If you don't want to be disgraced with your money. Do not choose this hotel. The rooms smelled damp. The shower head was broken. The paint on the walls is peeling due to dampness. They delivered the room to me with a broken balcony door frame. I had made a reservation for 2 days. However, I could stay for 1 day. On the 2nd day I wanted to cancel the reservation. Because the smell of dampness was preventing me from breathing.

All the staff very flexible friendly and polite. Very few English tv channels

The staff were excellent. Mr Rauof on reception was very helpful. Security man also friendly and helped me get taxis. Restaurant staff excellent. Food was a little repetitive but in the main fine . One man who was the senior waiter was extremely unfriendly and on one occasion even shouted at me for asking for something not on the buffet . This was witnessed by his manager who apologized to me so I hope he dealt with the situation. I don't go to hotels to be shouted at and I still can't believe he did it . Shane .
