The hospitality is amazing, i would like to thank Mr/Mohamed at the reception for his polite attitude, and professionalism. also his teammate at the afternoon shift I didn’t focus on his name but they were well educated guys. I was disappointed by the inconsistency in service. The room service experience was not up to the expected standard, and it felt like guests were being treated differently. Hospitality should be based on equal respect and attention for all guests, regardless of who they are. The staff would benefit from additional training to ensure every guest receives the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and service throughout their stay.

My stay at Falcon Hills Hotel was truly wonderful. This hotel feels like a big family home rather than just a hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices every day, and the quality of both the meals and drinks exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is also perfect, providing easy access to many attractions and beautiful areas of Sharm El Sheikh. A special thank you to the Animation Team for their hard work and the variety of entertaining shows and activities they provided throughout our stay. They created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for guests of all ages. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to several outstanding staff members whose professionalism, friendliness, respect, and willingness to help made our vacation unforgettable: Mr. Attia (Restaurant Manager) Captain Mostafa Mr. Abdelhady (Reception) Mr. Mohamed (Reception) Ahmed (Housekeeping) Reda (Housekeeping) Mr. Mohamed Ezzat Mr. Abdelmageed A very special recognition goes to the hero lifeguard at the small swimming pool, Mr. Ahmed Sayed. During our stay, a young child accidentally went underwater without anyone noticing. There were around twenty people near the pool, and none of us realized what was happening. Ahmed reacted immediately and jumped into the pool within seconds, rescuing the child from underwater to the amazement of everyone present. His vigilance, courage, professionalism, and quick response deserve the highest praise and recognition. Thank you to the entire Falcon Hills team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. All was perfect

The pool is nice and some of the staff - cleaning staff, omelette guy, taxi man Ahmed. The evening excursions are good but come back quite late - midnight, doesn't suit everyone. It is about a 15 minute walk to Reef beach, though you have to purchase a ticket at reception to go. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful mostly. In my room the tv didn't work, the screen door didn't close and there was a hole in the netting causing mosquitos to come in through the night. The road hasn't been built yet that the hotel is on! It is quite isolated, there are other hotels and some corner shops (called 'supermarkets'). The food was pretty awful and most guests ate out that were all inclusive - turns out they still had to pay for many things. The morning coffee was decaf granules and you had to pay extra for real coffee. You need a taxi to go anywhere (except Reef beach - but you have to pay to enter and stay 150 Egy £). The 'gym' was a joke (see photo). The evening entertainment is around the pool and can be VERY noisy - eg karaoke that you can hear from your room which surround the pool or up the echoing corridors. The corridors to the room are echoey and conversations from other guests really travel! Some regular guests suddenly have to pay more for rooms facing the pool.

JUST LOCATION OF THE HOTEL and NOTHING ELSE Noise from the air conditioner in the room… even after my complaint, nothing changed. No Wi-Fi, terrible cleanliness — I even had skin rashes when leaving the hotel. The bedding was of a very bad quality, breakfast very basic and ended too early (9:30 a.m.) with no options. On top of that, the phone in my room didn’t work. It was a very bad experience actually.
