Generally good. All inclusive food was nice for a couple of days. The à la carte was heavenly. Great for the value. Attentive staff. Long distances between locations. Limited shuttle. Beach without sea access. Expensive recreational activities.

Multiple pools around the hotel, snacks bar, and newly furnished rooms. Also, Mr. Hassan Ramadan at the Terrace bar was an excellent service provider

From the beautiful atmosphere and top-tier facilities to the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Huge thanks to Chef Abdusalam Badr, Rabeea Yassen, Ahmed Naser, Mokhtar Elshafeiy Reception bar Abdullah owan & Mohamed Khaled A sincere thank you to the entire hotel staff and all the hardworking team members whose names we missed—your genuine hospitality and dedication made us feel genuinely welcome every day. . Truly a memorable vacation with high-standard service throughout , and excellent food. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning! Nothing at all.

The room was clean and room service used to come everyday. The food and the stuff were amazing. Special thanks to chiefs and chief “Abd El Salam” The photographer was racist saying that they don’t want to serve Egyptian.

The hotel's food was delicious. The Turkish restaurant chefs at the hotel treated us very well.The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The female staff members in the animation team are very good at playing volleyball. Thank you Maria and Mila for making our holiday so much fun

The hotel is beautiful and has an attractive overall design. I really enjoyed the variety of swimming pools and the multiple restaurants spread across the resort, which gave guests plenty of options throughout their stay. The cleanliness was average to below average, especially in the rooms. The large number of mosquitoes in the rooms was very uncomfortable and definitely needs attention. Also, although there were several restaurants to choose from, the quality of the food did not match the variety and could be significantly improved.

I had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding, and everyone made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Chef Sherif, Chef Abdelsalam, and Mokhtar in the restaurant for the amazing food and excellent service. Thanks as well to Abdullah, Tarek, and Mohamed at the bar for their friendliness, and to Salah from housekeeping for keeping my room perfectly clean every day. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a great team. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. My rating: 9.5/10. Nothing

I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the facilities are very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the whole experience much more enjoyable. A special thanks to the bar tender Abdullah for his excellent service, kindness, and attention to details. Also, Chef Yasser Abdalaty was amazing his hospitality, professionalism, and delicious food made my stay even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel welcomed.
