الغرف كانت ممتازة ونظيفة .. والresort لسه متجدد.. لكن مشكلتي كانت مع الاكل .. محتاج يتعدل

المكان جميل جدا وممتع ومريح للعوائل والافراد بشكل عام، كل الشكر لاساتذة الفرونت اوفيس الاستاذ عصام صيام و عبدالفتاح واحمد عبدالجليل استقبالهم جميل جدا وبكل شي كانو متعاونين وموفرين كل وسائل الراحة وابتسامتهم وتعاملهم جداً لطيف وبسبب التعامل ومعيار الجودة في التعامل حجزنا مرة ثانية. والاستاذ عبدالرحيم خواجة لبق جدا ومهتم براحة الصيوف ويحيى ابراهيم في اللوبي بار شخص روحه لطيف ومهتم في الضيوف وابتسامته تلطف اي توتر. بشكل عام المنتجع حلو جدا وحقيقي كانو كلهم بيستقبلونا بابتسامة حلوة جدا ? اشكركم على حسن الضيافة.

The staff were very respectful and helpful and it was a wonderful experience in terms of eating for the rooms for the pool of the sea for the hotel itself, the landscape, everyone's cooperation and focus on the details. The cleanliness had some mistakes and the food needed more variety and the juice was not concentrated in the restaurant.

Everything was beyond perfection, starting from receptionists mr seyam and mr makram moving through the house keeping mohamed ahmed was helpful and respectful person,, Everything else the pool, the beach, the room and the food everything was perfect

Dreams Vacation resort was a perfect choice for our family vacation. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Makram at the reception, who was exceptionally polite and professional. He took all our requests into serious consideration and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.The staff truly kind and Professional. The place itself was so relaxing and comfortable. The food variety was excellent, Many thanks to Mr. Mosheer, the restaurant manager, for his hospitality. The pool area was fantastic. The whole vacation was truly unforgettable.

The best hotel if you want to enjoy a good vacation starting from the greeting by the manager in the reception by Mr. Ahmed Siam and receptionist Mr. Omar Moustafa is the best that upgraded my stay from half board to all inclusive all free of charge. Also receptionist Mr. AbdelFattah. Very generous, respectful staff. Mr Moushier the manger of the restaurant, Mr. Mohamed Moustafa and Mr. Ayman are very welcoming and want to make sure that you get what you please. The pool staff was kind, especially Hazem, who was very friendly and well spoken. Room service Hamdy. Door man Mr. Mohamed Elshahat. Lastly I want to thank all the staff and Dreams Vacation for the good service, generosity and hospitality . Thank you. Dreams VACATION. Nothing for me.
