SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort

The resort offers an incredible variety of facilities, restaurants, swimming pools, and aqua parks, so there’s always something to suit your mood each day. The team at the main restaurant was exceptional, especially Abdallah, who was friendly, funny, incredibly helpful, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. The food was outstanding, particularly the pastries, which were some of the best I’ve had. I was so impressed with the overall quality that I personally went to thank the Executive Chef and compliment the team on the excellent food throughout our stay. When we arrived to check in, the reception team asked us to take a seat and said that someone would come to assist us. After waiting for around 20 minutes with no update, I approached another receptionist, who gave us our wristbands and informed us that housekeeping was still preparing our room. About an hour later, after noticing that several guests who had arrived after us had already checked in, we went back to the reception desk. A receptionist who had just started his shift asked his colleagues if anyone was handling our check-in. Surprisingly, the two receptionists who had originally asked us to wait both denied that they were responsible for assisting us. This was a very disappointing first impression and certainly not the welcoming experience we expected at the start of our stay.

Everything especially the posh club Mr Mohammed fadel the manager he made the stay very comfortable very luxurious he made everything easy he helped in every single detail Really Mr Mohammed fadel made our holiday And big thanks to ahmed reda at posh club reception, we will definitely be coming back soon Especially that the posh club experience has really grown and evolved since we visited last year, it is now on a whole new level of luxury and poshiness

The restaurant, reception, housekeeping, pool, and beach teams all provided outstanding service. Any request was handled quickly, and the staff consistently made us feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort.

Every thing,the suit,the food from different restaurants,cleanness ,landscaping the welcoming attitude from the staff. It was amazing stay to be remembered. The food quality need to be better and tasty.

I really liked the infrastructure, the room, and the clean, well-maintained beaches. The food was delicious and varied. But what I loved the most was the service. The staff were very attentive, and the administrators were very supportive and pleasant. Special thanks to the shisha staff, the bartenders at the Sky Bar, and especially the waiters in the main restaurant. They were always smiling, polite, positive, and ready to help. They worked very hard to clear the tables quickly and were always attentive to the guests’ needs. Even small downsides are overshadowed by the outstanding level of service provided by the team. There were a large number of visitors from russia. I understand this is not something the hotel can control, and it is not the staff’s fault. However, as a Ukrainian, it was very upsetting for me. In particular, a family of four adults wore T-shirts and caps with large “USSR” lettering. In Ukraine, this is considered propaganda of a totalitarian regime and is strictly prohibited. Here, no one commented on it. They behaved provocatively and wore this clothing throughout our stay, which made it difficult for me to fully relax, given the ongoing war and suffering in my country.

We loved everything about the resort. The location and the coral reef allowing daily snorkelling is amazing. The food was exceptional, we tried all the restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing to mention

All is good and all the staff are helpful

Lots of food at the main restaurant, and great restaurants for dinner! Solid room, mini fridge is all inclusive and restocked daily. Cocktails all day and pool parties. The coral reef is also exceptional compared to other parts of the world. (Although the Dahab reef excelled even more!) We went in april, and the weather was great. The service was nice, the staff was kind. All inclusive means a little different here than other places, I wish it included more. There are bars with cocktails and beverages all day, but no other food stands, snacks, ice cream. I wish we had those. The food was okay, but it was kind of repetitive. Sorry to say, but as a european traveler, the Italian restaurant is bad ?. Also, the extra fees for certain restaurants seem too much for us to try. Value for money is so-so. We really didn't like the tipping and bargaining culture. Hammam and massage were all extra fees, not cheap.
