The food needs to be improved, the quality and taste are very bad. The free beach is smelly not clean. And unfortunately the other beach Palma with extra fees to enter, the hotel doesn’t offer transportation with flexible scheduling to go to it.

The staff is super professional very helpful and respectful very responsive. They upgrade us for free gave us a complimentary lunch in the checkout day. Very generous. The water park is very nice. The beds are very comfy. The food at the hotel was honestly quite disappointing — it just didn’t taste good, and that really affected the overall experience. I think there’s a lot of potential here, though! Maybe instead of offering so many different dishes, it would be better to focus on just 4 or 5 well-made ones using high-quality oil, butter, or ghee. A smaller menu with great flavors could really make a big difference for future guests. The locks of the doors need to be fixed we face this problem in almost most of the doors I had 3 rooms and the restaurant bathroom and the bathrooms in the room it takes alot of effort to open the door also my kids stuck there more than one time.

The hotel itself is beautifully architecturally thought out. We loved the different pools, the facilities (spa, gym), the roof top. We loved the connection to the beach and shuttle that takes you quickly there and back. The staff were really helpful and friendly especially when it came to doing excurisons and activities. Although wifi in the rooms can be improved. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with one of the waiters in the restaurant. Partially, we can take responsibility for pursuing however, it made a relaxing holiday turn sour for the last few days we were there. We were discouraged from reporting when we spoke to some staff however, thankfully Ahman from the Spa encouraged me to report the person. We were then approached by guest relations staff who had quickly and swiftly changed our room, gave us lunch and assured one of our party that she is safe and we received notice of the outcome. My friend however continued to receive mistreatment (egg in food, food tasting different than previous nights) from the staff in the kitchen who were unhappy with our report. We hope to find a resolution here as I loved visiting Sharm el Sheikh but will hesitate to stay here again.

I really appreciated the manager and the woman responsible for checking in with guests about their overall satisfaction — both were attentive and genuinely cared about the guest experience. My room was spacious and bright, with clean towels, toiletries, and even a blow dryer (which is surprisingly rare in Egypt). I enjoyed the all-inclusive package — the food was varied, of good quality, well-cooked, and I felt confident eating even the raw options. The hotel features four fantastic pools, each with a different vibe — from quiet and relaxing to fun and activity-filled. It’s great to be able to choose the pool that matches your mood each day. But the absolute highlight for me was the spa and massage experience. I would recommend it 110% — the facilities were excellent, the service outstanding, and it was never too crowded. Honestly, it was the best part of my stay — I couldn’t have asked for more. One major issue for me was that my room didn’t have a lock that actually worked. I asked the manager to change rooms, but every single one I was shown had the same problem. As a woman traveling alone in Egypt, safety is my number one priority — so finding multiple rooms with broken locks in a supposed 5-star hotel was deeply unsettling. It made me wonder what had happened there to damage so many locks. They eventually offered to replace the lock on my room, but since I was close to checking out, I decided not to pursue it further. Still, this situation made the stay far from relaxing, which is what I look for in a holiday. The staff were friendly, but at times a bit too forward — especially around the pool. I was asked to take photos with some of the staff members, and occasionally felt like I was being watched. This level of interaction is not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel, particularly from a European guest's perspective. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience — I’d still recommend it and could even stay there again. But I wouldn’t classify it as a luxury stay, and it certainly didn’t meet my expectations of a 5-star standard.
