The resort is wonderful, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were there for a total of 7 nights and wished we could have stayed longer!

The room was so clean, everyday Mohammed-the room caretaker did an exceptional job.

The hotel’s location is excellent—everything is nearby and convenient. The staff were outstanding. Special thanks to the gentleman at reception—I believe his name was Chawki—who kindly helped us with early check-in. Also, a tall gentleman in the restaurant named Mohamed was incredibly helpful and attentive. He remembered what we liked and always made sure we had everything we needed without asking. The food was clean and decent, but there weren’t many options, especially for lunch and dinner. More variety would definitely improve the experience The beach was amazing—clean, quiet, and relaxing. The room itself wasn’t very satisfying. It needs renewal, and the bathroom setup isn’t comfortable for Muslim guests—there’s no bidet or handheld hose. The balcony view was beautiful, but it lacked privacy. For someone wearing a hijab, it felt too exposed. It would be great if some privacy screens could be added to balconies without ruining the hotel’s beautiful exterior look.

Hotel was very comfortable. Beach was clean and taken care of. Stuff at the hotel was friendly and always ready to help. You could see the effort they were putting into making us comfortable. Everything was really good and if you had any complaints they took them seriously and tried to fix it.

This hotel offers excellent facilities—you can enjoy the pool, beach, restaurants, and bar all just a few steps away. You can really tell they go the extra mile to provide top-quality service to their guests. The facilities are spotless and very welcoming. The cocktail service is varied and efficient, with no long waits—you can even have cocktails served to your seat by the pool. We mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the attention we received was outstanding: a beautiful room with views of both the beach and the pool, a cake delivered to our room, and a bed decorated specially for the occasion. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and laid-back. All the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and respectful. Everything is outstanding. I just recommend that the audio on the poolside terrace should be improved to fully enjoy the live music shows held in the evenings.

The staff was very polite and attentive, they dealt with every single one of our problems and tried to find solutions before we even mentioned it. The food and breakfast were very good, including the desserts, they were extremely delicious. The a la carte restaurants offered very nice experiences. The beach, the sandy entrance, and examining the fish in the small reef on the beach were fun. The pool was also very enjoyable, the pool bar doubled the fun. The rooms were spotless and the cocktails were very nice. I am sure it is one of the best in Egypt. Thanks to the whole team for this nice experience.

The warm welcome received from the front desk team specially Salah ,location of the hotel is one minute from the old souk, staff were super friendly and professional specially in the restaurant outlet, they went beyond our expectations delivering the service with love and simplicity which we call it excellent hospitality , food is tasty specially in the Italian restaurant . A big thank you to Karim who was surprising us with towels decorations on the bed and well cleaned room . In general it’s a friendly hotel , very convenient for couples and family .

It was very clean — the entire hotel, including the rooms and the restaurant. Definitely 5-star worthy. The staff alone (at the reception, restaurants, and bar) are reason enough to return to this hotel. They were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We felt truly welcome. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and new beach towels provided every day. Each room had a minibar, and water bottles were refilled daily. The hotel is very suitable for elderly guests because it’s small-scale and there’s no need to walk long distances. There are also only a limited number of steps within the hotel — for example, when going from the rooms or restaurant to the beach. During your stay, in addition to the buffet restaurant, you can enjoy à la carte dining at both an Egyptian and an Italian restaurant, which is a nice change. Every evening, the animation team organized excellent shows with music, dancing, and singing. On the beach, there were also light sports activities, and yoga classes were offered as well. The beach is spacious, with plenty of room between guests — you’re not packed closely together, which is a big plus. And if you can’t find a sunbed or lounge chair, just ask a staff member and they’ll make sure to help you and take care of everything. The service really stands out. We liked everything.

One of my best experiences in Sharm El Sheikh. Location, food, service, rooms and the staff simply Exceptional. We loved it. Hopefully we'll be back soon.
