For the price, this is a very good hotel. Clean and with professional staff. It's a bit tired, but on the upside it's also quite well looked after. The breakfast room is a bit sad.

Great location. Lovely room, spacious and clean. Shocking night sleep. We were given a room directly next to the bars which were open until after 1am.

We have used this hotel before, but service levels have declined. Cumulative small disappointments and frustrations. Breakfast dismal. I don't blame the staff, suspect cost cutting.

Claims of luxury were grossly exaggerated. This is a tired old hotel, fusty and poorly maintained - but the main issue is the noise. Our ‘deluxe king room’ was far from deluxe and we were unable to sleep before 2am due to throbbing music from a neighbouring bar. It was like having a ghetto blaster in the room. The night manager was familiar with the problem and offered us earplugs. We cancelled the next two nights of our romantic luxury break and moved to a nearby modern and comfortable hotel

Everything was perfect, the hotel room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Staff are lovely and kind and the area the hotel is situated in is perfect. Nothing.

The location. The hotel is very tired and very dull. The rooms need a make over. The room wasnt one I would want to spend much time in.

Location was superb We were in a room with a mezzanine bedroom and there were no sockets upstairs.
