Excellent central Location, very lovely staff and very clean Quiet Musty / damp smell in the room despite leaving air conditioning on all the time. Luckily I only slept in the room as busy all day and evenings but really needs improving . Unable to open window even a little bit which didn’t help. Spent a long time on arrival prolong door open to corridor (ventilated and not having same smell)

The historic hotel, quite nice if you're looking for the old town vibe. Good steak restaurant downstairs. Overall warm, good beds, quite cozy. My room wasn't properly cleaned when I arrived, but the staff was helpful so everything was solved at the end.

Stayed at Miller and Carter for 1 night. Very central and close to crucible where we went for the evening. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou Money off a meal.

Room was good for family Check in through the restaurant was not convenient and there are a lot of stairs to go through with the luggage.

Central , clean The room ! Very small window 6 ft from floor .. maybe 1 meter wide .. and 12in high at ceiling height ! Bathroom up a flight of stairs !!

The hotel is elegant and clean. It's in a great location. The staff are absolutely lovely. The shower was really good. There was tea and coffee provided in the room and the bed was comfy..The only reason I said the room was good rather than excellent was that it was slightly cold, not sure the heating was working. Breakfast is worthwhile. Everything was fine. No worries.

At arrival we realised that this is rather a restaurant with guest rooms than a hotel. The restaurant was in full swing and the staff was understandably a bit stressed to also attend hotel guests.
