Very friendly and good service, clean and comfy. Having to leave credit card details in case of damage and getting stroppy when you tell them you don't use credit cards

Price, cleanliness and location. No ramp at entrance for our heavy suitcase, only stairs. There was no window in the room, slightly oppressive.

Shaun and Charlie are fantastic staff and welcoming and unbelievable helpful!! They both need a pay rise for how great they are! For the first time we had a little problem with the bedding but that got sorted by Shaun straight away and my wife and I will be back soon. Mr and Mrs Denniff

It is great for a few days away No clothes area aa such onky 1 hanger. Drinks machine inoperable.

love how central it is and how close it is to the train station. Also love that they do £5 to leave your suitcase for the day which helped a lot as check out is very early at 11 and our train wasn’t until 4 . Staff were all lovely and so helpful and the card system for getting into the building is great. I thought checkout would be 12 however it was 11. The rooms are alright the bed isn’t comfortable and tv remote wouldn’t work. Also you can tell that the room had a big leak previously as all the walls at the top and the ceiling were discoloured in the shapes of water marks.

all good exactly what you see is what you get. good Budget hotel location great and price was awesome. Reduced rate for car parking is really good make sure you book it or your car park will be the same price as the room. TV was so high on wall impossible to watch but not a real problem as only booked it as a drop in sleep and leave hotel.
