Ideal for our weekend in Sheffield. Nice bar with seating overlooking canal. Very central. Helpful staff, 24hr check in. Clean and comfy, great black out curtains.

Very good staff. Well maintained lobby, bar, restaurant and room Great breakfast Spa/swimming pool very much felt like an old annexe to the hotel. Had to walk through tired corridors that felt like an old office building. Pool was filthy. Sand/grit all over the bottom of the pool. The one member of staff looked like she had just been dragged out of a nightclub

Great location, staff friedly Unfortunately on my last stay the room I booked wasn't available so I stead of a twin double I was given a twin single

Bedrooms were lovely - bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a very good size Modern feel and clean Pool/spa facilities are dated and changing rooms are very basic

Very nice venue, I chose this hotel as I’ve previously stayed there on a few occasions but under a different name. Pretty good property, unfortunately for me I chose a time where workman were maintaining. As one lift was out of use at the time of my stay. Also I had breakfast there and I felt that the items were lukewarm and thought they should have been hotter.

Staff were OK, location good When I asked for the room to be cleaned, it wasn't really that clean. Had to call to get more towels as housekeeping took all and left us with just one. Didn't replace bath mat and didn't replenish toilet roll, had to go to reception to get some. Outside the hotel as you walk to carpark there was a foul smell.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked having a minifridge and the tray for tea and coffee. Parking on site Tricky to work out how to turn the mood lighting off.

Lovely staff, a welcoming atmosphere, easy parking, very clean, we had a good meal in the restaurant, comfy large beds, clean and modern shower room. It felt safe. The occasional banging doors in the night, which was not the fault of the hotel, it would be nice if they put up signs asking other guests to be thoughtful and people trying to sleep.

The room was big and clean with comfortable beds. Staff polite The pool had mould on the ceiling with broken tiles. The local users of the pool were rude. We asked for local recommendations for a restaurant and walked where suggested. The eatery was okay but to get there we walked through graffiti ridden areas with groups of young men smelling of drugs ... We should have been told to get a taxi especially as females and felt quite threatened . £10 for parking at hotel.
