The hotel experience exceeded my expectations due to the design finesse and attention to detail. All expected amenities were available. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of international cuisine aside the Chinese. I liked the modern atmosphere and presented technology. The central location in Futian offered me an optimum location to the business and some museums. The cost is reasonable. I wish the tv program would have had more international and English language channels

They are not flexible about check out time, I had to do check out at 9 pm and I suggested late check out with half of price the room but they said it is only until 7 pm. After 2 weeks stay in their hotel they didn’t accept 2 hours late check out.

Excellent pricing, amenities and staff are professionals & friendly. Noise level from construction across the street but they provide earplugs to cover the noise.

The location was an okay spot not at the city center but it had some nice areas ,the staff were very helpful and nice specially Ashley , the room was big and spacious ,the buffet was amazing truly The location isn’t really in the city center , the air conditioner needs some work it wasn’t cooling the room at all,

I visited a lot of luxurious hotels. I must say this one is very good. The stuff are really friendly. The breakfast is just amazing. Everything is very clean and large and close to everything I wanted. Thank you!

Good location Hotel is run down and does not live up to JW Marriott standards Lack of amenities- pool is very small and shallow Bad and slow service- room was not ready at 6pm despite check in being 3pm Ended up checking out early and staying elsewhere.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient location. Non-smoking room had clearly had a previous guest smoking in the toilet and the smokiness was evident throughout the room. Check-in was slow and inefficient, could have had more staff to handle check-in if there are additional registration requirements for foreign guests.

Generally okay. However there are some minor things that made us feel like it was not up to international 5 star standards: - Our room was not ready by 15:00 as indicated - Executive lounge was underwhelming (eg, no refill of food for afternoon tea time) - Construction next door started at 5:30am on a SUNDAY morning which woke us up, no notification before booking or check in about this situation - Shower / bathroom smelled funny with a lack of ventilation, the room didn’t smell great either - Switches in the room were lit 247, hence the room was not blacked out while we sleep - The bathroom was totally different than the one indicated on booking.com - the TV was awkwardly placed on the side of the beds and sofa, could not really watch it comfortably
