Didn't have the breakfast, though hotel staff introduced and was very affordable. Prefer to sleep in and head out for brunch - so many options for food in SZ. Checked in and the room had a lingering smoking smell (depsite no-smoking rooms) so we called and they gladly changed my room for me. "upgraded" me to a room which was just with an additional bench at the end of the bed, but nonetheless, i appreciated it very much. Bed and pillows were great and comfy, rooms were clean too. Spacious layout and tidy. Modern design. Will stay again if i come back to SZ. Location is also ok, no jams into the hotel and there's nearby shopping malls with many cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to didi everywhere. Staff were mostly great, except for 1 day when i had 2 deliveries to the room. One didn't came up and the rider asked me to call the front desk. So i did and i called again for the 2nd order, and the front desk guy sounded sooooo frustrated. I am a hotel guest not from China/ SZ, just checking because didn't know the "system" since it was my first time ordering - front desk guy can be more patient. Also, asked this front desk guy for some directions and he didn't answered me much and turn to another customer. (i think it's the same guy, because it happened on the same night) The other days were ok.

Everything! The location was superb! Right next to big shopping malls and right by the mtr station. Only 10 mins cab ride from Futian High Speed Railway station. The room was super clean, great sunlight and spacious. The staff were all great and super helpul. Only 1 minor detail, when i wanted to use the amenity kit with the cotton pads and cotton swabs, it was opened already and cotton swabs were missing.

Convenient location, the price of buffet breakfast is attractive, free afternoon tea arrangement All the USB port for type C charging were damage inside the room and I’m not able to charging my mobile! Besides, the pillow is too soft and I free so uncomfortable to sleep.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good and breakfast had a good spread. It's a local hotel, so checking in might be challenging, as they need to check multiple systems for booking confirmation. Be patient.
