The location and size of the room and amenities was excellent The room smelled musty. The staff English was not good, understood it is not there may language though, the from desk staff could be more helpful.

Amazing hotel, the staff is very kind. I loved my stay!! The location is also great, its a quick 5 min walk to the subway station. I'd definitely recommend staying there!

We loved this place so much, we came back a second time. Great customer service and the staff spoke English and communication was easy. Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon tea in the clubhouse was very good. Hotel is very clean and always smells so nice. A common complaint among many hotels in china is the smell of cigarettes in the hotel rooms and from neighboring rooms via the air vents, but this hotel did not have that problem. It is the main reason we came back again to this hotel on our second visit. The housekeeping goes above and beyond their duty. They were very meticulous and even organized our charging cables with little ties. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Breakfast and pool were excellent . All of the touches were very nice The humidity in the rooms was well over 70 percent and they smell damp . We had to ask the staff for a dehumidifier to bring down the damp smell

Room was bit tight due to oversized furniture make you feel it is congested despite its good area size

I’m little bit allergic, so it’s difficult for me to stay in a place with 30 years old carpets, smells likes you know those 50 years old Vegas hotels, was force to cancel my stay immediately

The size of the room, bedding and bathroom. The compulsory 200rmb per day minibar/laundry service fee is a bit antiquated. I can understand it is a luxury hotel but there’s no way to opt out of this even if you don’t use the minibar and laundry. The video on the tv screen from their CEO can be quite annoying especially since you hear his voice everytime you enter the room.

As Vans registered me in, I knew this would be a good stay. He was so genuinely pleased to speak to me, such a contrast to polite but usually disinterested staff in other hotels. This set the tone. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who proactively tried to make our mini break the best it could be. This was further evident at 2:30am when I had to ask for ice to make a cold compress for toothache. They went even further and had ibuprofen delivered within 25 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for what each member of staff did that included staff who asked after my health the next day even though they hadn’t served me before. The room was fantastic. The breakfast amazing and plentiful. We will be returning!
