Great hotel and facilities. Staff was very friendly and would communicate well in english or using a translator - no problem whatsoever. Breakfast has very good, with plenty of western options. The hotel was extremely clean. My whole family enjoyed their stay. We regret not booking multiple nights there. They have wonderful customer service- they took our luggage up for us and they offered luggage storage for free after checking out. The location was amazing- 5 mins from the subway and have lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Plus the price is extremely fair and reasonable. Nothing

I was disappointed with my stay. The pillow had a noticeable smell, which was quite off putting. Additionally, I booked a room expecting a bathtub, as indicated on Booking.com, but it wasn’t provided. Although the room was labeled non-smoking, we could still smell smoke coming through the ventilation.

It's in a great location right next to our offices, in the fast-growing Nanshan area near a business park (V-seen Park). Bytedance, Nvidia, DJI, WeBank, and us at EPAM are nearby. It looks and feels new and clean, with a cool modern design. From now on, I'll certainly use it for my work visits. Upon arrival in the room, long black hair was on the floor. Otherwise, it looked very clean. Local, China internet is on hotel wifi; you'll need your own VPN to access external services.
