The location of the hotel prestige is so close to the lift and mall road. View from the hotel was excellent. Pradeep sir the receptionist was really helpful in organising kufri trip at a reasonable price unlike some taxi drivers. The food was great. Room was good for two people and clean. Warm water in the bathroom.

Very bad experience..rooms are very short. Not even provide electrical cattel. No ventilation in room. Room balcony door closed due to monkeys. No arrangement to stop them. A big rat in the washroom

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location Room not at all as photograph. A superior room it was not. Bathrobe and slippers not provided as advertised. Seating area was a joke Bed linen dirty Had to bleach and disinfect bathroom

I did not like anything about this hotel. Waste of money I did not like room size. Dirty bed sheets and quilts. No heating in room. Faulty room locks. Nothing good about this hotel

The location was central The room was very stingy and not maintained well. The bathroom wasn't clean when we got there.
