Beds were comfortable. Very difficult location to get to, and from. Not particularly close to the Mall road, and difficult to find by car for our driver. The check in process is also highly convoluted.

They cancelled our stay and had to find a last minute hotel on a Friday. I am a tourist and was traveling the days before arrival by flight, not nice

My British credit card would not work with the app which was very annoying! But the staff went out of their way to help us!

We stayed at The Hosteller Shimla Valley View for 2 days, and honestly it never felt like we were away from home. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful especially Mr. Harish Kumar, who made our experience truly memorable. He gave us such warm, family like vibes and was always there to assist us. Mr. Harish helped us explore the local area with great suggestions and guidance, which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to his hospitality, we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful stay with great people around

Nice place to stay. Modern and clean. Helpful staff. Check in and requests for your room are managed all through a web app which might not work well for everyone. The staff do help you with it but can slow things down . The hotel has no outdoor seating area but I believe they are building one. Western breakfast options limited - just fruit and toast. No jams or pastries - hotel is not the lowest price around so would expect a better selection.

Brand new and the room on 6th floor is amazing. Keep in mind that is a amazing room in a Hostel environment. AC has some issues. But again, the room at 6th floor is really comfortable.
