Room cleanliness was not good, property shown in pics was different and room was very conjusted also no space for luggage and movement inside the room. One rat was found in the almirah and it has taken of biscuits and all eatables.

The staff is untrained and careless. A kettle should be provided in the room. Food was ok The lady manager needs training to be more responsible in her duties. Not bothered.

Nothing as such No amenities at all. I had to even ask for water which anyways happens to be complimentary in hotel industry. I was even asked to pay for one single water bottle which should have been in the room before any check ins

Location is fantastic, just a short walk to Mall Road. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The terrace garden is a great spot to relax. I loved the food—Paneer Tikka, Chicken Dum Biryani, and Mushroom Tikka were amazing. A great place with excellent food quality and service

Hotel Auckland is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just minutes from Mall Road, it’s ideal for travelers. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained. The terrace garden is a nice touch. The food was fantastic—Chicken Tikka and Tandoori Aloo were highlights. A must-visit for great food and a comfortable stay

I loved my stay at Hotel Auckland. It’s perfectly located near Mall Road. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The terrace garden is great for relaxing. The food is out of this world! Favorites were Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, and Veg Manchurian. Exceptional service and quality—highly recommended!

Hotel Auckland impressed me with its convenient location, just minutes from Mall Road. The rooms and bathrooms were well-maintained. I enjoyed relaxing in the terrace garden. The food was fantastic—Chicken Tikka and Mushroom Tikka were my favorites. A great stay with excellent food quality and service!
