When I contacted to the property, there were system of auto answer for getting different query. I choosed the customer care and talked. But when I called the customer care after few minutes the phone received another person whom i had to tell from the beginning. Who altimately couldn't answer to my query. Onece I contacted and informed my check - in time and payment would be paid during check-in. Even then again and again there Treeboo team messaging me for partial payment. It was annoying and was making me worried. The hotel should be careful about it. The location of the hotel is in a isolated locstion from city center. No transports were avilable to go to city center. Only way is walking. So the elderly or physically challenged people should avoid this hotel.

Location of the property The service was terrible. They charged an extra 500 Rs to provide a better room. Since I had already paid before arriving, they didn't offer a proper room for four people. I had to pay the extra 500 Rs to get an additional room. This extra charge wasn't even included in my receipt, so Booking.com isn't aware that this issue occurred. The food was mediocre, and the staff was unhelpful. It's not a great place for families. If you still plan to go, make sure not to pay in advance before checking the room.

Just location only Otherwise everything I don't like including staff behaviour.. One of the staff mr Kailash is very rude.. He didn't know how to talk to lady.. He give me unclean room with no ventilation . He charge extra also 1200 rs for other than online fees for two room.

Breakfast quality can be improved and variety of stuffs may served so customer can take it by choice. And locationwise it is good. However person can't go frequently to mall road from the hotel on foot because of height. Breakfast variy can be improved
